Great eye dr . Always has been . Really thoroughly gives you a great exam and explains everything so you can understand what is going on with your eyes .. I would give her 10 stars plus . Always very nice and friendly and caring !!!

The receptionist was helpful and accommodating for my struggles getting to the appointment in a snow storm. The doctor was professional and my exam was helpful and thorough. My prescription was not on a typical eyeglass prescription form. None of the numbers were labeled. I could not tell if my number indicated SPH or CYN. I was unable to order glasses online because I couldn't tell which numbers to put in which boxes for the online prescription. I called Dr. Seidel's office, but they refused to provide any additional information. They insisted they have no responsibility beyond providing me the prescription. They insisted the prescription was adequate and refused to identify the numbers for me. The only written info was: -75. [written above] Plano +100 - as desired. There were no columns or rows indicating OD, OS, SPH, CYN, AXIS, or ADD, as the online instructions say will be on the prescription. I guess I should have asked what the prescriptions looked like before I made the appointment. My entire goal was to get glasses online. The prescription was not adequate to buy glasses online. I took it to another opthemologist whom told me the prescription is inadequate. That it appears to need an Axis number. Dr. Seidel was professional and seemed thorough, based on my limited experience of one previous exam a decade ago, but I went for the exam because my glasses broke and I needed a new prescription to order new ones. I called the office for additional information about my prescription, but they flat out refused.

I had an eye injury and was away from home in rural VT . I called the ER when it happened. They said that they could only tell me whether I should see an eye doctor or not. The injury had stabilized (no pain, no vision problems) but eye still very red. I called Dr. Seidel's office they said that they could see me at 2 pm and that I should come in early. I arrived at 1:40 and the doctor had come in and left and would not see me because she could not "follow-up" as I come from out of town.
