Found the staff condescending and treated with Thbigotry

Well, I'd like to write a review of the dr or clinic, but they refuse to answer their phone or return messages. I've called no fewer than 10 times in the past week and get put on hold for up to 30 minutes. There is no voicemail, noone ever picks up the phone. Does anyone actually work here? I've put a request in via their website that says they will call back within 3 business days, but shocker - no return call. Is this place even open?

Dr Cesario and her team far exceeded our expectations with her genuine care, focused attention and the time she spent with my mom to diagnose her GI issues. Dr C's team quickly scheduled referral appointments, even amidst busy holiday schedules. Very grateful to have found Dr Cesario.

Great bedside manner, spent significant time diagnosing my mother's GI issues and the treatment plan for them. She is patient, understanding yet firm and direct in encouraging the patient to do the right thing. So glad to have found Dr Cesario and her team.

Compassionate, Kind, efficient, thorough, and a very special physician.

Can't believe how fast I was in and out..Great staff that are friendly, great bedside manner and very caring. Doctor Cesario was very pleasant and made my procedure painless and quick. Having procedure's here is so much better than a hospital setting.. Thanks for being there for us all during this pandemic.

Absolutely outstanding! Dr Cesario is not only knowledgeable, but compassionate and respectful, as well. She took the time to listen to my concerns, helped navigate adjustments in medications, and made me feel at ease. Having had colon cancer two times, as well as major complications from gall bladder surgery, I am quite anxious when it comes to procedures. Dr Cesario respected my concerns and helped me feel comfortable. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Recently had a colonoscopy and was very pleased with the care received. I realize doctors and staff are very busy but it was very refreshing that Dr. Cesario took the time to explain all and did not rush with her explanations. Would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Cesario and the staff for any gastroenterology problems.

The day of my colonoscopy exam I had a fairly long wait period before being brought back to the preop area. Once inside preparation was quick and short. All the staff were pleasant and professional.

Everything went very smooth and everyone was very helpful and kind. Dr. Karin was great.

Dr. Cesario was in charge of my colonoscopy and it was a breeze. From the office staff to the attending nurses and the nurse anesthesiologist. Dr. Cesario came by before and took time explaining procedure pre & post. The nurses prepped me with gentleness and efficiency. They were there following the procedure and were first class. The anesthesiologist came and put my mind to rest which reduced my anxiety big time. I would highly recommend Dr. Cesario.

I have had two colonoscopies with Dr. Cesario and she and the staff are efficient, highly professional, kind and listen to all concerns. After experiencing significant prep side effects Dr. Cesario listens and makes recommended changes unlike a previous physician.

I had a Telehealth visit in late August and a colonoscopy just recently. As always Dr. Cesario Is easy to talk to and listens to all of my concerns. I never feel rushed or that my questions or concerns are not important. I have been seeing her since she joined the practice, and enjoy our discussions about my health. My most recent colonoscopy was handled wonderfully by the doctor and staff at the endoscopy center. I rarely have questions, as everything is explained well every step of the way. Everyone there and in the office are always professional and friendly. I have found my forever (or until she retires) gastroenterologist!

Dr. Cesario is a talented, professional, smart, and affable doctor who is eager to answer questions until your face registers full comprehension. I appreciated the helpful, respectful, and professional staff at the colonoscopy center from my first interaction at the front desk to the friendly wave from the anesthesiologist as I went under. NO ONE called me hon or sweetie; they were professional and caring the whole way.

Dr Cesario is great! I've had two colonoscopys and an EDG with her and she made it as easy as something like those procedures can be.

Dr. Karin Cesario had the difficult task of telling me about my terminal liver disease. She laid it out very clearly and was as kind and caring as anyone could possibly be. As I got my life in order for my wife, I did exactly what Dr. Cesario said to do. I am now 4 years out on a 2-3 year expectancy. She monitors me and adjusts my treatment as appropriate. I am now in remission and living well. She saved my life! What a gift to me, my wife, and the profession. All of the other reviews are accurate! Thank you Dr Cesario.

Wonderful experience. She was very caring and professional

Moved out of town and attempted to find a different GI. I was wasting my time. Dr Cesario makes you feel like living. She is so positive in her approach to care giving. She clearly explains your problem and the practical solutions that are available to fix the problems. I now drive 2 hours just to keep her as my GI.

Dr. Cesario is so thorough at my appointments and explains everything in detail. She makes you feel very comfortable with your health care choices. I've been seeing her every year for over 6 years and plan to continue. The procedure center next door is also great. Convenient location, wonderful staff from the front desk to the nurses etc. Highly recommend!!!

Was call today by the office. Needed to see Dr. Cesario but was told i couldn't see her because i had seen De Lundt in the past. I am having Liver problems and was referred to her. So i agreed to see Dr Lundt, but it won't be until August because everyone in the office is going to be out.

From scheduling my appointment with Dr Cesario to completion of my colonoscopy, I could not have asked for a better experience. The nurse taking my medical history explained the procedure in detail to include changes in colonoscopy procedures over the years. Dr Cesario was very pleasant, approachable, and thorough, taking the time to answer my questions, never rushing. The anesthesiologist was friendly and thorough as was the surgical assistant. My discharge nurse was cheerful and engaging.

Just completed a colonoscopy by Dr. Cesario. She and the staff at AG were professional in explaining the procedure and in patient treatment from start to finish. The waiting area at the Audubon Medical Campus (N Circle Dr) is small for the number of patients and family members waiting for procedures.

Dr. Cesario is kind and caring. She isn't governed by the clock. She explains things thoroughly and is welcome to answering any questions. In addition, all of Dr. Cesario's supporting staff during my procedure were cheerful and attentive.

She is very attentive and competent. I always appreciate the time she spends with me because it is very difficult to get an appointment with her., I am less happy with her PA, Michelle Barnett, who seems to be going through some meetings almost "by the numbers" and is much less informative than Dr. Cesario. In general, the support staff is pleasant and professional although I've found the front desk people less than friendly.

Dr Cesario has been an excellent doctor for my family and I would highly recommend her. She is extremely skilled as a doctor, but also most importantly she is caring, understanding and trustworthy. I brought my father to her over 10yrs ago based upon credentials, and over the years have come to trust her completely as a physician and advisor. Im a patient now too, as are my wife and daughter. She cares about her patients, and takes the time to listen as well as answer questions.

Dr. Cesario is hands down one of the nicest, most caring physicians I have ever had! She listens to questions, never makes you feel rushed, discusses options for care and overall just makes you feel cared for as a person. Her staff is all nice and the employees at the Endoscopy center that she works with are all very kind and compassionate also. She is a very busy specialist so be prepared to wait to get in though.

Enjoyed working with Dr Cesario. had a problem with the office procedures. was trying to locate the office as we were lost tried to call and we were on hold for 25 min when we circled back around for a third time and was able to locate the office it was then that I hung up the phone .We ended up being 25 min late so they would not take us in to see the Dr. We would not have had this problem as I explained to the front desk if someone would have answered the phone, turns out we were just around the corner for 25 minutes trying to get through on the phone. The receptionist said she explained this and it made no difference. We were scheduled to see the Dr assistant. Very unhappy with the situation. Was hoping to receive a phone call from Dr Cesario if she was informed of the incident. Dr. Cesario & most of her staff were great - friendly and engaging. The only exception was the nurse anesthetist who came in and informed me that she was there to talk to me about the "sleeping medicine" that she was going to give me. I was affronted and informed her that I was not five and to please not speak to me like I was, Lastly, a follow-up call would have been nice since no one warned me about the possible abdominal pain and nausea that I experienced afterwards.

Dr. Cesario, is thorough, kind, and knowledgeable. She explains everything clearly and really listens to me and together we form a plan. I have not had to schedule an urgent appointment so cannot rate that one.

Excellent physician. I've been seeing Dr. Cesario for a little over five years and she has been always very helpful, friendly, and competent - five stars across the board. Hard to imagine anyone better.

She is warm and compassionate. Very concerned for her patients. She spends a good amount of time with patients!! She is never rushing to get to her next patient. I will continue to see her in her practice. She is the best doctor i have had!!
