Dr. Karen Williams/ Beth/ and Cassandra released me in May 2021 for assumed rudeness to staff! As a professional in the industry for so long I can’t believe Dr. Karen Williams could be so nasty! I was given a letter by Beth the nurse practitioner on the day I was released and the letter had my name misspelled. I am actually ok with the release. I am 42 and had been a patient since the age of 18. To top it all off the practice will not release my medical records as requested to my new physician. I wish Dr. Williams and staff well and pray that my senior father and mother are not mistreated! Dr. Williams has no remorse for her loyal patients that have paid her salary for years. I get it and I am Blessed either way!!

Dr. Williams has been helping me through my diabetes treatments for the past several years. I have utmost trust in Dr. Williams and her nursing staff. When I have had questions regarding medications I am able to call and they are always able to get back with me with an answer within a couple of hours.

Good and kind Doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Williams for about ten years. I am always amazed that she stays current regarding the changes and advances in diagnoses and medications. With all of the patients she has, she always remembers the important facts of my medical history. She is always will to spend time with me to discuss treatment alternatives and help me decide which is best for my situation. I would recommend her to anyone.

Karen Williams is as bad as a doctor can get. She doesn't care about her patients. After being with Family Medicine of Huntsville for over 23 years, she kicked us all out of her practice because of an overdue balance of $25 which we don't believe we were ever notified of. She is indifferent, uncaring, accusatory, and downright rude. She has also neglected to follow procedure with my insurance, costing me over $1000. She has practically ruined my life! Avoid her at all costs.

Dr. Williams and staff are curteous and professional. Regardless of when I call, I am always placed on hold for at least 3-5 minutes before I am able to speak with someone, they aren't great about accommodating emergency appointments, the office is clean but a bit dated and run down. Dr. Williams tends to hurry through appointments a bit. You'll spend the majority of your time with the nurse. You'll also have to repeat everything you told the nurse for Dr. Williams. Be prepared to wait!
