The appointment was my annual and like all of them, Dr. Toppi is very "present" and really listens!

I have been getting bioidentical hormone optimization pellet therapy from Dr Toppi for about 6 months. It has greatly improved the quality of my life. Everything in that office... the staff, phone communication, impeccable cleanliness are all part of the five-star experience. Worst experience I've ever had in a doctor's office. Dr. Toppi couldn't even locate my cervix! Once I realized I had completely wasted my money on the copay they charged I asked her to please leave the room so that I could get dressed. I left and immediately received another referral from my doctor. Not only was Dr. Toppi completely unprepared for the appointment, but she wanted me to repeat an ultrasound with her that I had just had the previous week. What started out as an appointment I was very excited to attend, turned into me reporting this visit to my insurance company and starting back with another referral and another wait for an appointment. The best doctor I ever had!

I recently had my first visit with Dr. Toppi. I have specific health problems. I was very impressed with how she immediately put together a plan Moving forward. The plan was what I’d thought it should be. I agree with everything she suggested.

I have been very satisfied with this Dr office for over 12 years. I have done my routine visits yearly. I got a random bill this last time for an “office” visit. I called to find out what it was for… it was for a question I asked about that was outside of the normal “yearly routine” exam that resulted in the Dr calling in a prescription. Wow! I’m just speechless. I said they should really let people know that any questions outside the normal exam will result in charges, they said it’s in the paperwork. The Dr has ALWAYS asked anything else we need to discuss. I’m still satisfied with the services just think that is wrong. I definitely would not have asked a question to pay over $100 out of pocket! Went in for my annual wellness visit, Dr TOPPI is thorough and always pleasant

The physician is very thorough & knowledgeable, confident & experienced, her diagnosis was accurate. Her care & prompt response to messages are remarkable.

Dr. Toppi explained everything she was doing. When the procedure did not work for me, she explained I will need surgery to correct my problem and offered the name of a surgeon in St. Augustine. She said he is well qualified. I am to notify her when I am ready for surgery and she will refer me the surgeon.

I was referred to this location by my primary, to see Dr. Needham, who visits the office on a rotation. There were no issues setting up the appointment, but everything after was a nightmare. The doctor was dismissive of my concerns and existing health issues from the very beginning and seemed to have no interest in my preferences, only what she wanted to do. I was able to get an ultrasound, but no one ever contacted me for a follow-up despite several phone calls and emails requesting information. I even went to the office in person twice, only to find them closed during posted business hours. Three months later I was able to get a medical release form and go to a new doctor, who actually reviewed my results and is helping me move forward. I give two stars because the staff is nice enough and the tech who did my ultrasound was fantastic, but as for everything else, if you want to be taken seriously and not be completely ghosted after a test, then this is not the place for you. I visited this office as a first time patient and also as a desperate walk-in. The receptionist checked for availability and was able to "squeeze me in" to see Dr. Toppi. Dr. Toppi's energy is awesome! She's attentive, focused and reassuring with great communication skills. My exam was absolutely comfortable. The medical room and office environment were clean and all encountered staff were friendly. I would definitely recommend Dr. Toppi to anyone! P.S. I highly recommend Dr. Toppi. She is an outstanding gynecologist. Her comprehensive approach includes a thorough & meticulous assessment of a women's health. She orders in depth testing, bloodwork & follow up perfectly. She is very knowledgeable, communicative, kind & goes that extra step to really help you. She leaves no stone un-turned. I have been visiting Dr Toppi in her Palm Coast office for about three years now. My life has changed for the better since I started receiving treatment from her. She is straight forward and direct. She cares about women's health and explains the details of the treatment plan. I receive a pellet insertion about every 4 months. She has always been available to answer questions and calm my fears. I would highly recommend a consult with Dr Toppi if you are concerned about your lack of libido, lack of energy, night sweats, mood swings and fear of cancer. Was lost just now. My doctor moved offices recently, and GPS sent me to this office. Girl at the front was dismissive and rude, which was totally unnecessary.

Bad customer service, poor scheduling and patient communications. Doctors are not available most of the time and are being substituted by a nurse practitioner. Do not recommend.

Doctors have been pretty good and the nurses are amazing but the office staff tends to miss communicate important information and the billing department is just flat out AWFUL! They don’t submit the proper information to insurance for insurance to charge you what you’re meant to based on your coverage. They lack vital information when you question them, instead they send you off to call their lab for “more information” but they seem to know less if that’s possible?! It’s unfortunate because the doctors are the ones paying the price for having a low par staff. Would have loved to continue my journey with the doctors and nurses but I just can’t deal with being charged double than what my insurance plan covers just because they don’t know how to file paper work properly. Dr. Toppi was my gynecologist and was great! Made me feel informed and well attended to. Dr. Needham was my Obstetrician for a short time and she was great too! Took the time to make us feel comfortable and talk out our concerns. There was one nurse in particular that I wish I knew her name because she deserves a huge shoutout! Had my first visit here today. Took care of me quickly and efficiently. Dr. Toppi was knowledgeable, gentle and nice.

Awful customer service with front receptionist! What a disgrace! Repeatedly told me that my daughter “couldn’t be seen due to ineligibility through insurance”, was willing to pay out of pocket and was even told the amount. Wasn’t prompted to pay, but instead, we just sat there. When I walked up to check as to what was going on, receptionist stated “she couldn’t be seen” more than 3 times... that’s when the nurse from the back came up and started to listen in. The nurse told me I could leave “her office” because I told her the receptionist was incompetent due to the incident. I stated we will not be back and the nurse said that’s fine and we could leave now. There’s a lot more that was said back and forth, but, the short of it, is that the receptionist argued and redacted her statements and the nurse defended her unprofessionally. Receptionist clearly is the face of this practice and cannot and should not be trusted with this role. It’s a shame because providers were great.

They completely ignore signs of depression/mental breakdowns during pregnancy and just drop patients even if they're high risk.

The first visit I had with her she seemed rude, but I chalked it up to her having a bad day. The second visit confirmed that she was simply just a mean person who does not care about your concerns. I went in with a legitimate concern and she spent the entire appointment telling me that I am overweight and that I should not weigh as much as I do at my age. She then asked me why I weighed so much, I admitted that I do not have the best diet, but that it is very hard for me to lose weight. She said "Oh, so you're just being bad". I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a doctor in my entire life. She did not address my concerns at all, she just told me that I needed to lose weight. I completely agree that I could lose some weight, but weight is not the root of all problems. She also told me that the pain in my breasts was due to drinking soda. I stopped drinking soda, and surprise, I still have extreme pain. Think twice before stepping into this office. This nightmare started with a referral frim our primary doctor who I'm betting knows nothing of this circus! Wait 2 months for an appointment then they cancel at the last minute stating doctor is busy that day? Wait another 2 months and again at the last minute call and cancel saying the doctor is busy that day but we can reschedule for 2 more months. My wife said no thank you, I'm betting the doctor will be busy that day to. With that said the receptionist says, so do what you gotta do lady and hung up! Then I realized something? It's Palm Coast and only those who moved away understand exactly what I'm talking about when I say it's Palm Coast. The only reason you got one star is because Google wont allow my review without it. Let's just hope someone doesn't need to be seen immediately or they will suffer!
