Today was my first visit. I am Very impressed and pleased with everyone from the check-in through the check-out. Very professional and pleasant. Dr. Stuart is awesome!

Dr Karen Stuart is most definitely the most exceptional Gyn Doctors in this area... She is rated above a mere 5 stars...The Best... She knows her job, does it very well and LISTENS... Kind and understanding...

Dr. Stuart , I known her by my coworker! And I immediately made an appointment! I have my tumor for 2 years to make the story short it was removed last month I felt good to my self and I feel lighter ?? just wanna thank her so much. She is good

The absolute best gynecologist I have ever had the honor to have as a doctor. This woman saved my life and took my religious beliefs not to use blood products seriously. She easily knew what methods I needed and proceeded with the care as if I were a family member. She spent over an hour with me on my initial visit and during later visits, she made sure she answered all questions I had before she left the room. Staff is amazing. Did not meet one person that was not respectful and caring.

Dr. Shatoya was great. But the checkout cashier Pam is unbelievably RUDE. I had. A concern about payment I heard her say things about me when I walked away to see the physician. She looks at you as if you’re annoying. I felt so humiliatied so I just paid finished the remainder of the appointment and left. just can not believe how people work in health care and is sooo rude. Dr. Stuart is a Brilliant doctor and surgeon! She is an amazing person as well. Her staff is courteous, caring, and professional! I will only ever trust her with my female medical needs.

I have been a patient of Dr Stuart since the 90s. Dr Stuart delivered my 22 year old son and my 20 year old daughter. She is an outstanding doctor who is very knowledgeable, personable and up-to-date with new technology. Now my oldest and youngest daughters are patients of hers. Her staff is so professional, they make you feel like family when you come in. And I have had only positive experiences with her Nurse Practitioners. I have been a patient of Dr Stuart since the 90s. Dr. Stuart and her staff are attentive, empathetic, and detailed! I absolutely love Chatora Berry- NP! My sincere appreciation to Dr. Stuart for making my very 1st surgery a smooth one and pain free! My recovery process was AWESOME because of her amazing pain management efforts!

Patient for many years, typically only saw the nurse practitioners. The one time I saw Dr. Stuart she was extremely rude to me. Made comments about my weight while I was naked on the table. Even offered me fast food advice, and told me my sneakers should be used for more than just looks. Never again will I use this doctor. Her bed side manned is laughable.

Dr. Stuart is a wonderful and caring GYN. She stays on top of the latest treatments from heavy bleeding to MENopause and had successfully treated me for both, and everything else in between. I trust her entirely. Great doc.

I have had a very horrible experience with this doctor office!!! I've never come across a staff as rude, I've only been once and will never go back, I had been waiting for over a month to get a call back from Dr Stuart herself going through her receptionist, which I never got the call back had to call them back my self today (need to mind y'all my appointment was May 10th of this year) and still had to put up with bad attitudes just to speak with Dr Stuart and she was no better. After having to go back in forth with her receptionist, I did become upset and rude back with her and asked to speak with some one else she refused and disconnected the call. I called back two more times and finally got to speak with Dr Stuart which she came off with a very dry tone as if she didn't wanted to be bothered. Judging off her tone and driness I could see where her staff gets it. So as I was exposing to her my expirence with her staff she was brushing every thing off and saying I don't believe my stuff would be rude to a patient or I don't believe you've waited a month for a phone call for me and I'm sitting on my phone in disbelief. When the boss don't no more professionalism then she gave me, I needed nothing else from her.I will never go back nor will I ever recommend any one else to this office!!!! OMG, I love Dr Stuart. It has been a long, long time since I saw a gynecologist. I had many issues to discuss. She was so pleasant and nice. Listened to everything I had to say. It has been so long since I have had any Dr listen to me fully. I really feel like she will help me get to the bottom of things. Everyone in the office was nice and I can't say enough nice things. I have NEVER left a Dr office and felt satisfied or happy until now. She is awesome!!!

The Dr herself is very kind and knowledgeable and seemed to administer medication that was very effective however the person who answers the phone(receptionist) could be more polite though

I have been a patient (including surgery) of Dr. Stuart's for about 4 years. Every experience that I have ever had with the Doctor and her Amazing staff has been beyond wonderful. Dr. Stuart and her staff are kind, professional, friendly, and Genuinely Caring! I cant even express how Awesome these women are. The wait time has never been more than 10 minutes. Dr. Stuart is The most knowledgeable in her field as I have ever experienced. All practices should be modeled after Dr. Stuart's!

Terrible customer service. I still have not visited her office but I am afraid to go in her office as her staffs are horrible over the phone. One of them took my name and number to call me back with appointment and never returned my call. I called next day and she was very impolite and rude over the phone, I was making this appointment for my 72 years old mother and she is in pain but this staff doesn’t seem to care for their patients at all. She wanted social security number to make appointment I asked her if she would make her appointment and I will call her back with the ss number but she refused to do so and was extremely boorish and cold. I don’t know how Dr Stuart is but I hope she reads this so she knows how her patients are handled before they come to see her and how many are turned down with her staff's negative attitude. I will definitely write my concern o the board of physician. Date of this issue was 8/9/11 and 8/10/11 morning Terrible customer service.
