Awful. When I suggested a second opinion she dismissed me like I was some moron and didn't even admit HER treatment caused me a life-threatening problem. And never did find a solution to major issues I've seen her for, only wanted to focus on something minor. Glad I saw another doctor or I'd probably be in even worse shape!

Told me a pharmaceutically-induced cardiac stress test I had two years ago was "normal" and wouldn't discuss it further. Two years later I discover [AFTER demanding my records from CHI Bergan] that the final diagnoses were "Heart Failure, Unspecified" and "Hypertensive Heart Failure with Heart Damage". Haven't the faintest notion why she would have lied [asked and have been ignored]. Now I'm more than two years behind on any possible treatment, surgery or reversal or even definition of the "damage" and can't get a new patient appointment with a cardiologist for ANOTHER 6 months. Horrible! Doesn't appreciate when patients want a second opinion. Never called me with important information that would have been useful when I sought a second opinion. Very dismissive of my feelings and concerns and treated me like an idiot who couldn't make their own decisions. Will never go back and certainly won't recommend to anyone I know.

Have followed her for years. Only Doc I will see.

Dr. Staack is great! She’s patient, kind and very knowledgeable!

I have found her to be somewhat dismissive of some of my health concerns. Bedside manner isn't what it used to be. No really empathy for patients.

She is the most unprofessional Dr. I have ever been to. I took my 6 yr old daughter to her when she was diagnosed with influenza B at the E.R. When she found out she didn't get the flu shot and my 1 yr child did, she said, "at least your favorite daughter got the flu shot" right in front of my 6yr old daughter. She also talked about the Nebraska fatality rate in front of her. I left the office in tears. She also said more offensive things. I will never recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Staack took such good care of my elderly sister and I now see her as well. It's refreshing to have a Dr. that I trust and that truly cares.
