Dr. O'Keefe is wonderful - caring, attentive, kind, understanding and the staff at B'ham Bay Medicine is superb. Best health care I've ever received.

Ive been to an assortment of differnt Drs, and have never recieved this great of treatment. Ive was very fortunate to get her as my Dr. And their staff there are above and beyond helpful in any circumstances. I would highly recommend this medical center to anyone that is afraid of Drs this is the place. Even getting my blood drawn was the easier and less of a fear. Thanks to their new flobotomy lab. An old fashioned empathetic physician. My physician for at least ten years. Totally responsive to this patient. Priceless !

Dr. O'Keefe has been my doctor for over 10 years now. I am a "challenging patient" with many different ongoing conditions. She handles them all. If she doesn't know the answer, she finds it out. She never gives up, or loses patience. Her bedside manner is excellent. She listens, is well-informed and up-to-date. I have seen many doctors in my life...she is the best I have ever had! I spent 25 yrs. myself in the medical field. I know it from the inside out. Excellent communicator!

Awesome bedside manner which is so rare! Actually listened, empathized, interacted with both my son and I and was so, so friendly. Never once felt rushed either and we were a worked in same day appointment. A blessing that I found her!
