Dr. Karen J. Lee

My intention is not to leave a bad review but my complaint is that I have been calling this office for the last 2 weeks, every single day and at different hours and no one picks up the phone. There’s only an answering service in which I left like 4 messages already and no one has replied yet. I usually don’t insist this many times in trying to make an appointment because I could tell there’s no good service in that office but I was referred to Dr Lee and it seems to be that she’s a good podiatrist. Unfortunately, I will have to go with another doctor because there’s no way to reach someone at this place. I know I should not even bother leaving this review but I feel bad that the doctors may not know what’s going on and they’re loosing a lot of new patients like me.

I look forward to my visits with Dr.Lee. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. The staff is very professional and friendly. Also a great selection of music just to soothe your brain. Most importantly Dr. Lee is very knowledgeable in her career, and she always have my feet feeling Great.

The staff was very nice. Dr.Lee was great. She showed and explain my x-ray. Went over ways to assist with helping my bunion which is I have to change the type of shoes I'm wearing etc. Being that I am a new patient I felt comfortable and was provided good customer service.

Worst customer service ever called in to make a appointment and the women on the phone gave me nothing but attitude definitely not the way to treat a new customer wouldn’t recommend to anyone based off the employees alone. Many better doctors within the area.

Dr. Lee is good Doctor. I called to the office to verify that the office received reports from another Doctor. I was told twice someone would call me back but that never happened. I then sent a message through the portal but no one got back to me. I canceled my appointment

Dr Karen Lee is the most professional & kindest Doctor ever. I went to her back in 2016/17 for surgery. And she made me feel so welcomed and understood my discomfort. Staff is extremely friendly and very helpful, I can honestly say they have such great manners and hospitality ! I recommended her to anyone ! She is THE #1 Podiatrist Doctor in the USA, I’m so glad I have her as my Doctor ! Highly recommend! I was able to get a same day appointment, and everyone from the front desk to the doctor were kind and welcoming. I would definitely return! It’s a warm and friendly environment- bonus, they also had great music!

Dr. Lee is a knowledgeable podiatrist! She goes above and beyond to take care of all her patients. I took my son to her for a soccer injury. He advised me “I love the way Dr Lee took care of my foot and she has very gentle hands, ” I will recommend Dr. Lee, to all my friends and family members.

nice people & dct but did not fix my PF after spending almost 400 in inserts & all that other stuff i had to buy, went back for a cortisone shot which did nothing as well. my co pay is 70 bucks & id rather use it to get a second opinion instead of playing guessing games on what to do next.**edit** as far as protocol the only person that gains from that is the dct. they get paid if we get better or not, meanwhile we are still in pain paying to come back each time! dont you think that the problem should be addressed head on in the first visit? nice people & dct but did not fix my PF after spending almost 400 in inserts & all that other stuff i had to buy, went back for a cortisone shot which did nothing as well. my co pay is 70 bucks & id rather use it to get a second opinion … More

I called her office on Friday January 24th at 3:26 pm to make an appointment for my son. The receptionist took my number and said she would call me back, I repeated my contact information twice I NEVER got a call back.

Since i walk into the office i feel like i am in good hands. The staff is all smiles, encouraging and very helpful. Dr.Lee is just great, give the best advice and explaining your diagnoses in detail. Dr. Lee is a great podiatrist! She goes above and beyond to take care of all her patients foot care needs and gets them back on their feet pain free. Every person I have spoken to that is a patient at her clinic agrees that she is the best at what she does. Dr. Lee will address all the possible different reasons for your foot pain from shoe gear to shoe size and foot type. As long as you follow her treatment plan you will notice a significant improvement after your first visit. I recommend seeing her to anyone in the area that is having foot and ankle issues. I enjoyed my visit with Dr Lee. From the moment I walked in the door til I walked out. The entire staff was Awesome, professional, friendly and helpful. Dr Lee was very pleasant. I gave a 4 only because this was my first visit. Like they I say " first impressions mean alot".

Great visit with Dr Lee. Office staff friendly and courteous. Pleased to find such great service and kindness close to home!

Dr Lee explains so well exactly what is the issue , how we will deal with it ,what the cause is & how to prevent it in the future. She does not rush in & out, making you feel that you are the only patient there.

Good but make sure you don't have a balance cause they will deny service other than that good doctors

My experience with Dr. Lee was awesome, she's very knowledgeable and courteous. I have had exceptional results since going to Dr. Lee for issues with my feet. She performed foot surgery on my feet last Friday of which she educated me on the before and after steps for a smooth recovery. I had anxiety, prior to surgery as I heard so many horror stories about foot surgeries and how painful it can be. I had no pains since surgery, process was smooth, outstanding results am very happy with outcome.
