Dr. Latzko took me under her wings. She is full of empathy and compassion and more than a Doctor to me. My quality of life improved dramatically after getting treatment from her. She has amazing memory power, incredible knowledge about Pharmaceutical products, great listener and answers all questions. Excellent in documentation and writing reports. I am extremely happy for choosing Dr. Latzko to be my Urologist and she is obviously the most important Doctor that I have ever had. I was very much impressed with Dr. Latzko. She is very professional , patient ,thorough and her advices were based on scientific research . Her staff members Madison and Eugenia are very nice and friendly.

I met Doctor Latzko in the Autumn of last year. I had this pain that started in July. I waited to get treatment for the pain. I came to find out that was a mistake. When October came around, I made a new appointment in that month. Doctor Latzko was so nice to me! Doctor Latzko is a really nice person! She was down to earth: and she was easy to get along with! Her personality was really kind! I felt welcomed as well as comfortable. This had been my first time meeting her. I explained to her what had been going on. She went to take a look at the results. When she came back into the room, I found out about what was going on. She was there to talk with me and help. I had Depression since I was a kid: but she was really there for me. I always will remember how she was! She helped and talked with me to make it through. She is a kind person from the heart: she did not have to be that way. I am so thankful that she was so kind! I loved her personality so much!

Horrible experience. Rude doctor. Rude assistant. Would never use again for any reason.

Dr. Latzko is one of the best doctors I’ve ever met. She is compassionate and thorough. She explained everything. Never rushed. She reassured me without me even asking for reassurance. Honestly I’ve never felt more comfortable and confident with a doctor before. And all of the staff were super nice too!

Dr Latzko was absolutely amazing with my 94 year old mom. She was kind, gentle, compassionate, patient and spent time communicating with my mom. I would highly recommend Dr.Latzko!

Well dressed Doctor but not invested in Patient care

Very positive experience with Dr. Latzko. I felt like seeing my own Mom whenever I had appointments with her. Very caring and a brilliant Doctor. Her assistant Gabi is also a kind hearted person.

Took plenty of time to answer all my questions. Warm and caring and a nice sense of humor.

A+ for Dr. Latzko. She is an epitome of compassion, very kind and great bedside manner. I would strongly recommend her for both male and female patients. She is also very knowledgeable about the most recent developments in the Pharmaceutical industry and very good in explaining conditions.

Dr Latzko took her time and asking questions regarding my history, I was tense about examine, however felt calm after my examination. She explain my next step. Staff was helpful, waiting time was long because I was a new patient. I would highly recommend . I was excited to fine female Urologist.

I have been suffering with Interstitial Cystitis for several years and was not able to find a urologist who could help me until I found Dr. Latzko who was recommended to me by a friend of my daughter. She is a knowledgeable compassionate and excellent doctor who has helped me to deal with this extremely painful and incurable disease of the bladder. I am delighted to recommend her to anyone in need of a top notch urologist.

I normally only write positive reviews but the experienc was such that I feel I feel obligated to help someone avoid such a negative experience given the high cost of healthcare and difficulty in finding a female urologist. From the unprofessional front desk treatment to the cold manner in which my elderly mother was treated, I would never recommend this office. Some of the negative reviews I read elsewhere online were accurate.
