My experience with Panorama has been nothing but top-notch. All the staff that I have interacted with are professional and treat you with respect. I woud highly recommend them.

Dr Knight has helped elevate my back pain for the past 10 years without major surgery. She is very caring and extremely competent.

Panorama can’t monitor itself and schedules appointments so closely that the waiting time is over 45 minutes. Dr. Knight didn’t honor my appointment and sent in a PA to do her job. Not acceptable, Panorama.

Very good.

While I’ve had my frustrations with some of the providers at Panorama; I now believe due to their inability to truly understand my problems. Even with saying that, two of the providers didn’t listen to my explanation of my history, nor did they do a proper exam If an exam was done at all. Persistence led me to Karen Knight. She greeted me as a person before she dug into me as her patient. She listened and latched onto what I was saying. Thanks to that she did research on her time, without compensation to led us, me, to an incredible specialist that has helped me and for the first time in 25 years I can say that I have a care Team that is working with me to improve my quality of life. Karen Knight is smart and capable and warm. She’s one of a select few doctors that I have been able to wholeheartedly trust. She has in affect, saved my life. UPDATE: 2022 None of the promises have been kept. The promises were replaced with boldface lies about capabilities of the in-house physical therapists, ketamine becoming an option, the support of meditation and mindfulness, and her “roadmapping in her mind how to help me” all lies. She has made no changes to my unhelpful Tramadol despite asking… no, begging for relief. I’ve not once abused Tramadol. She’s effectively let me suffer and decline. She’s now unreachable behind a wall of nurse practitioners that decode, without ever seeing or speaking to me adjust my pregabalin prescription, and flex about how much Tramadol I’ve been taking (4 years now) which is dangerous to suddenly change. I’m hurt and disgusted. I trusted her. Now, I’m trying to navigate providers in the hopes someone will actually help me. Shame on you Karen. Shame on me for trusting you. Maybe your focus on your distillery is too great and you’ve forgotten that you’re a doctor? Dr. Knight was spectacular for an (orthopedic) urgent care physician. She cared to a level rarely see from doctors in the area, and suggested that my orthopedic pain was being amplified by a neurological problem--which was something I had only recently started looking into and made me feel like I was on the right path toward full diagnosis rather than just throwing a prescription at me. Short and helpful appropriate recommendation made.

Had technician problems, which Dr. Knight and her PA solved, addressed my problem and scheduled the epidurals. Dr. Knight and her team are wonderful, caring and deserves 5 gold stars from me.

We like Dr. Knight. There is a pleasing manner about her. She would genuinely like to see her patients get well and stay well.

She was wonderful. I was postponing surgery with her help with an injection into my hip. It was almost painless!!!!

Dr. Knight and her staff are very professional and kind. Dr. Knight has a great reputation and I am glad I am in her care.

I am pleased with the service I received. This doctor is caring and treated me with great kindness. Since it has not been 24 hours I am still recovering but I am feeling better and that is what I was hoping to get. I recommend this doctor to anyone who is in pain and needs relief.

I have been attending panorama for several years. I have needed surgery for my lumbar spine and in my neck. I am excited to meet with the surgeon such that I can finally get fixed and my quality of life will improve. Thanks so much for ur patient/doctor communication and reassuring me that it will be ok. The online checkin was so convenient and saved a great deal of time before I even arrived. Customer service was excellent with all the staff and Dr. Knight was wonderful. She listened to the concerns I came in with, was warm, kind, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Knight.

I have seen Dr. Knight since the beginning of 2021 …She has always really listened to what I had to say …..To my concerns and my fears ….she takes lots of notes as you’re talking and she explains things in layman‘s terms ….. If your in the hospital she is just as great !!….. Very caring very professional very down to earth! ….. I highly recommend her and her staff weather on the Internet, on the phone or in person they are all great and caring people.

I would not go back to see Dr. Knight! I was recommended by her PA to receive an epidural steroid shot in my neck. I had never talked to Dr. Knight and she did not return phone calls before the procedure. When she entered the room prior to my procedure she did not introduce herself. I had to ask if she was the Dr. I proceeded with some questions asking about my MRI and what she thought about my results. She responded with, "You will know in a few weeks." I asked her about side effects and she responded "You are ruminating and need to ask questions" I stopped talking to her at that point. There has been no follow up from her since the procedure.

PA Karolyn Grafel was very professional in handling my needs in trying schedule elbow surgery. Waiting for blood test results to move forward.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Panorama. I had four appointments. First one was cancelled. Second one Dr. Knight showed up 1.5 hours after my appointment was scheduled. Third appointment Dr. Knight showed up unprepared, without my records and therefore asked to reschedule. Finally my last appointment, Dr. Knight did not show up for at all, nor was I informed that she would miss the appointment until a half hour after the appointment was scheduled. I don't know that I've ever felt more taken advantage of. After all that I never even received a diagnosis. There are a lot of positive reviews, so hopefully my experience is not the norm, but I do notice a sizeable amount of patients with similar complaints. I wish I would have paid better attention to those reviews before wasting my money.

Dr Knight is only concerned about acquiring new patients and not so much interested in the “caring for them” aspect of the job title. Therefore, I cannot, with any good faith, recommend this doctor to anyone!! If your PCP referred you to her, save yourself a lot of time and problems by asking for a new referral ASAP. Karen Knight will work on her schedule only, only out of the Golden office (unless an errand causes her to be close to another office and she will act like she is doing you a favor by being there), and shows no empathy towards her patients (yet will complain that her sporadic schedule is due to debilitating pain). P.S. Amanda at the front desk is great and is just caught between the problems and the public, so, when you have problems with Dr Knight, please don’t take it out on her.

It was only my first visit (with likely many more to follow), but I’m already impressed. Her explanations were thorough and she set reasonable expectations without being a dream crusher. I definitely have hope, which after 6 years of dealing with chronic pain, I had almost none left.

Dr Knight listened to me and explained my procedure and answered all of my questions. I felt comfortable. She is also very good with an injection, I hardly felt my hip injection. And she is a very nice person.

Dr. Knight was efficient, polite, empathetic, and still managed to be funny.

With all respect Dr Knight I thought you would be able to help me move forward with my elbow issues. I’m not sure now. I was very upset with my visit on February 3rd. For one I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes if you include the 15 minute early check in. An hour of that was spent in the examination room. Patients are warned they will be fined for late or missed appointments. How are you held accountable? I didn’t even get an “I’m sorry I’m late”. You didn’t spend more than 10 minutes with me. I feel you missed my diagnosis with the PRP treatment. My left elbow is back to square one and my right elbow is worse than before the treatment and you gave me no explanation as to why. You just brushed over my comment. Then you asked me if I wanted to get more MRI’s. Your the Doctor you should know. You gave me no path forward. I was very disappointed with this last appointment. I have been coming to Dr Knight for a few years now and she is professional and at the same time caring. I trust her judgment about my treatment. She understands my need to keep working and the challenges to do so and has supported me in that effort.

Medically doctor Knight was competent, but I found her attitude condescending. Information given was incomplete or contradictory. Panorama Health's information processes are sadly lacking. I wouldn't go back.

Recently had PRP injection in elbow. Was preparing myself for some serious pain, but was surprised at how non-eventful it was! Other than the initial pinch of the numbing-agent needle, the rest of the procedure was nothing more than some feeling of pressure.

Recently had l3 l4 injections Friday at golden ridge surgery center, I asked to be sedated but they did not give me enough so had to experience the whole processs, I was crying the anesthesiologists was handing me Kleenex. Karen and her team knew I was awake and did nothing. Karen didn’t ask how I was doing during the whole process. Very disappointed.

She and her staff insisted that I would have to make (and pay) for another appointment to discuss any questions I had. I felt like I was about 5 years old in the conversation she had with me. She attempted to explain the MRI results of my back, but never quite succeeded. When I asked a clarifying question, she literally said, "I've just explained that." Obviously not very well if I'm asking again! When I asked what my options were, she recommended steroid shots in my back and then "...we can discuss future options." Like what, I asked? "We'll cross that bridge when we come to it." Wow, really? When I met with her she said “ there is no scientific proof that PRP can help my back”. That’s it??? That’s what a waited for and drove 2 hours in a snowstorm for???? Dr Knight and her team are very professional, and helpful. They helped me finally find some relief after a sever car accident. I would recomend this team to anyone.

She came prepared with my MRI document and gave me plenty of time to discuss my issue and answer any questions I had. I never feel rushed with Dr. Knight. It’s refreshing to have a physician that actually listens and doesn’t rush you through the appointment.

Dr. Knight is the first doctor to listen and to ask probing questions. She took into consideration my entire medical history and realized that I’m a complex case. She performed a thorough exam and was frank about her findings. She is also kind and respectful. As difficult as this process is, we shared some laughs. Dr, Knight is direct, compassionate and “gets stuff done.” I feel confident that there is a solution in my near future. She is the face of what medical care should be.

I think Dr. night is a very good doctor. However, she made me feel very uncomfortable in an appointment that I had with her a day prior to my injection. I felt that she did not want to answer my questions and wanted to know why I was there…. I believe she did an excellent job with my injection.

Very poor bedside manner. Not caring. Dismisses patients explanation of issues and pain. She refused to evaluate my hip. She ordered imaging of my back since she "knew" it was my back not my hip. She said I just didn't know where pain was.... she said it was my back referring pain to the hip. After getting continually worse to the point that I could hardly walk and sleep I found another Doctor who DOES listen. Had MRI of my hip an I do have a severe Labal tear that needs surgery.
