I'm genuinely shocked that such a cold and cruel person could actually be in the mental health industry. Please do not take these reviews lightly, and do not see this doctor.

Cried for hours after my appointment. Have been struggling with crippling mental health disorders which have been tested and corroborated by a therapist and medical doctor, only for this woman to tell me I seemed too “articulate” to have these problems. That I couldn’t have adhd because I did well in school. She obviously doesn’t keep up with current information because that is very old school thinking and incorrect. Also, the whole intake I felt judged. Like she didn’t believe what I was saying. I’d give her specific examples but they were brushed off or dismissed. For sensitive people trying to find the right meds it’s just a nightmare situation. I wasn’t going to say anything but it was such a bad experience and I’m hoping someone will see this and maybe try someone else so they don’t have to go through the invalidation I felt after my appointment. I have been seeing Dr. Joseph for years. I stopped seeing her when she re located offices and tried two different psychiatrists briefly after her which was an awful mistake. She is the only doctor I have seen who has found the right medicine combination for me. She understands my mental health/ diagnosis and always provides logical and very effective treatment for me. She is easy to talk to and respectful unlike most psychiatrists I’ve seen who actually listen to what I have to say I have been seeing Dr. Joseph for years. She's great to me.

Always a huge wait. Frequently cancels appointments at the last minute. Very rude, unknowledgable, and judgemental. She refused to give me an antipsychotic ive been on for 3 years and I was hospitalized for it. Also I have had addiction problems with legal things. She told me I was lying and used street drugs. Also told me in 5 min of knowing me that I was scitzophrenic and not bipolar like Ive always been fiagnosed for 20 years. She shouldnt be practicing. Shes clearly not responsible/ethical

VERY UNPROFFESIONAL AND CARELESS. SHE INTERROGATED ME THE ENTIRE INTAKE PROCESS. I AN EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED THAT A DOCTOR COULD BE SO RUDE AND SELFCENTERED. Without having the nerve to speak to me in person this doctor sent me a certified letter stating she could no longer treat me without any explanation, my life has been hell since, she was treating my anxiety and depression and had been on ativan, I have about 5 pills left , took me a month to find a new doc and he wont refill my ativan even after I been taking it for years, so I been having up to 5 panic attacks a day and suffering from benzo withdrawal's, which current doctor so coldly said I wouldn't die from either, his name is Dr lee at communityheatlth services in Taylor , don't see this man either, im praying I can find a doc soon who will treat me,FYI Dr Joseph and Dr lee , im going to sue both of you because you can die from benzo withdraw and you can die from anxiety disorders, Without having the nerve to speak to me in person this doctor sent me a certified letter stating she could no longer treat me without any explanation, my life has been hell since, she was treating my anxiety and depression and had been on … More

Made an appointment a month and a half ago, 1 day before the appointment her staff calls and cancels the meeting saying that she is no longer taking new patients. People are in need of help and wait for an opening that is over a month away and 1 day before she decides no new patients. That is not professional, why couldn't she have the decency to cancel long before so that we could find another Dr. This only make matters worse. Thanks a lot Dr.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The entire time I saw her she told me I wasn't actually feeling the way I said I was. She also told me, the first day I met her, that my previous diagnoses were wrong because I did well in school. Very rude and not approachable

She is awful. A ghetto person that some how got a doctorate. Unprofessional as it comes on my intake she asked me how long I had been chubby for. Excuse me? Doesn't use proper English and I wouldn't recommend her to anyone!
