Dr. Hoover has an ego that prevents her from properly taking care of patients. She is very lazy and refuses to provide specialty referrals and testing when it is necessary. She has a very bad attitude and literally is debasing to her patients. She acts like she should have retired 10 years ago. She actually announced to me when entering the room that she did not have much time because she was leaving early that day. I had a 45-minute appointment that turned into a 10-minute appointment and she wrote a terribly obnoxious medical summary for my visit. I could never (and never would) support a recommendation to see her for medical attention.
Great hospital...wish I were there now. Shout Out to Dr.Karen L Hoover and all those nurses and staff that helped me stay alive..there's a seat waiting for y'all up above the ☁ ☁ ☁'s.
