Great communocators

Dr. Hoffman has taken great care of me ever since she joined the Piedmont ENT practice. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Hoffmann and the entire staff were very busy on this day but took the amount of time necessary to clear my ear blockage and restore my hearing. Later in the day I learned that my brother and sister also go to Dr. Hoffmann.

I couldn’t be more confident in Dr. Hoffman and her team. I have not been seeing her for very long… But her team. as well as herself, have gone above and beyond to deal with my insurance company! I feel like I’m in very capable hands and that she will get to the bottom of my problem,…take care of it and make it all go away!

Finally a doctor who listens! Dr. Hoffmann took her time looking at my issues and she explained in detail what the game plan would be to address my problems. She is very personable and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Hoffmann.

Great doctor!

First visit very impressive…

Dr Hoffman is one in a million. She’s excellent.

Detailed. and attentive. Passionate about her patient’s issues. Opened my eyes to some possibilities of tackling migraine.

Karen is the best! Spends time with you to make sure you understand everything that is happening and everything she is doing while treating you. I highly recommend!

I have been searching for a doctor as thorough as Dr. Hoffman for some time! Dr. Hoffman (and her staff) takes the time needed to explain your conditions, and really listens to what you are saying. As a patient, you feel heard. Would give more stars if I could!

Even before I arrived, the experience was good. They were able to get me in very short notice as a new patient, their pre-registration seems like a lot of information upfront, but it made for a very smooth check in. The PA Brian showed empathy and patience and concern for everything I spoke about. Then talking to Dr. Hoffman, I finally felt positive and reassured and even hopeful about my options to alleviate symptoms until I can get surgery. This is probably the sixth or seventh ENT provider I have seen since being in Atlanta from 2015, and I’ve never walked away from one before feeling this heard and informed, and with the confidence in their diagnosis and prescribed next steps. I am impressed and I trust this provider and their staff, and I’m grateful for the care of excellent medical professionals.

Dr. Hoffman Is fantastic! She’s very thorough and follows up on all information as needed. She looks for out of the box ideas to treat any symptoms I have. Have used her for years and would never consider anyone else for EMT work.

Dr Hoffman was very thorough, as always. She takes the time needed to explain everything and I trust her completely. I would recommend her to family and friends.

She is excellent. She takes the time to listen and explain things and isn't in a rush like so many other practitioners. Highly recommended.

I had not seen Dr. Hoffman since 2014. She impressed me then and still did today. She was caring, listened to my concerns, walked me through what was going on and how she was going to treat it and did all of it with a professionalism and grace that put me completely at ease.

Dr. Hoffmann was very attentive and helpful in explaining a possible procedure to rectify the affliction that has been making my life miserable for the last 2 years. I am very grateful for her concern and effort.

Excellent bed side manner. Listens to your concerns. Friendly. My 2nd annual visit confirmed everything I said here a year ago. She cares about you as a person, not just a patient. I love the photos in her examination room of her kids and her competitive cycling endeavors; it's comforting.

Karen Hoffman is kind, empathetic, and brilliant! I highly recommend her as an ENT. Dr Hoffman performed sinus surgery in her office and took out a sizable bone spur from my nose. I am breathing again!

Dr. Hoffman is an exceptional doctor and has very good assistants. It is always a pleasure to meet with them and I value the relationship immensely. I do recommend her to family and friends. Atlanta is fortunate to have her.

What a great and caring doctor!

Very professional and knowledgeable. Always explains everything to where a layman can understand. She's very personable and is absolutely the best.

She is super communicative. I felt like the appointment was very thorough and even though the practice and she is super busy she never rushed the exam and consultation. I am so happy that I sought a second opinion and decided to go here.

Stopped by to return- exchange an item that I did not order for the one that I requested. Arrived early for the visit and signed in and was ask to wait. Over 45 minutes later I was moved to a second holding area to wait again. The wait time in the second area was only 30 minutes while a room was cleaned. Staff wanted to hook up the new device and pair it up with the Bluetooth system on my cell phone. Comments were made about the application that I had installed on my phone and the fact that they were not familiar with the application since they did not use that type of phone (think Android or iPhone). Had to install a older version and the staff could not get the device to pair and then I was informed that the room was needed by someone else. They packed up the items and I was shown out the door. I left with the new device that I had requested, and my phone was not connected to any Bluetooth devices. At home, I had to uninstall both of the applications and reinstall the one application that I have been able to use. What a cluster of a visit. Dr. Hoffmann will fix your ears!! Highly recommend her and the staff at Piedmont ENT. Always professional and very friendly. If I can trust them with my lifelong Eustachian tube dysfunction, after seeing a plethora of doctors in my life, I think she can help you too!

Dr. Karen Hoffman is just the best. She is caring and makes you feel as a patient that you are involved in the process. She spends time answering your questions and takes the time to ask how are you doing from a personal level. I would recommend Dr. Hoffman to anyone that needs an ENT doctor.

Dr. Hoffmann and staffs were excellent taking time to evaluate, explain, and provide available alternatives for my condition. Thank you so much for being a kind-hearted doctor.

Dr. Hoffman and the entire staff was so very polite. Dr. Hoffman explained exactly what was going on in detail after months of me trying to get answers from others ENT specialists. She's very personable and nice. I would definitely recommend her. The audiologist Mr. Mr. Lopez was hilarious.
