Karen Harten Broida

I had a few appointments with Karen, who unfortunately is extremely disorganized in her business. First, in regards to her methods, she would try to rush me through appointments, not letting me explain my thoughts. Then, one appointment she asked what my name was (after already having known me?) and said she had someone else scheduled for my time? But then just kept going with our session and said if the other person showed up she would send them away because I got there first? What is this, the Wild West of therapy appointments? THEN, I showed up for my most recent appointment and there was someone else in her office already!! So I drove over for nothing , just to be sent away, because she double booked (AGAIN)!! Her office is filled with clutter so it's not surprising to me that she is disorganized in her business practices. And the front desk staff said it has happened before and they weren't surprised! What a mess. I HIGHLY recommend looking elsewhere.
