Dr. Karen Martin Hart

I have been a patient here for awhile, I haven’t been since before the pandemic started because I had no concerns and did not want to take up time from others needing treatment during such a crazy time and now I need an appointment and Dr. Hart will not see me because she has decided I am considered a new patient and no longer accepting them.

I am very pleased with the care Ireceive.

Very bad experience!!!!! I called Dr. Karen's office many times and left voicemails! They never got back to my calls and also when they opened the phone they just hang up and never called back for being sorry about probable connection issues. I also can understand they can be busy because of covid but this is very disrespectful!!

She IS THE BEST. I have been with her for many years. I would not leave her.

Very personable doctor and thorough. She has a very competent and caring staff.

I’ve been her patient for over a year now. She goes over lots of details and spends a lot of time. Never in a rush and makes sure you ask all the question you have. I’m very satisfied with her. The whole office is nice and helpful. Big thank you to her and the staff.

I would recommend Dr. Karen Hart to anyone that is in need of a primary care physician. She cares about her patients health and goes above and beyond to ensure that all of my health needs are met.

Love this office. Always very friendly and caring. Whenever I need to see the doctor the office is helpful. Dr. Hart makes me feel comfortable and talks with me about anything I have to ask. She spends time with me and doesn’t rush.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hart's for over 15 years and she is an AWESOME primary care physician. She answers all of my questions and is very thorough and knowledgeable.

Dr. Hart is wonderful! Friendly, always very thorough and helpful. If she can't answer a question off the top of her head she's always quick to research the answer for you. Dr. Hart has been my physician for many years. She is professional, thorough, and a warm caring doctor Who takes a personal as well as clinical interest in her patients. My Hope Is that she we'll practice for the rest of my life. I trust her completely and I respect her immensely!

Minimal wait, Social distancing is practice in the office. The staff are all very nice and friendly. My doctor is very thorough.

Dr. Hart is always very thorough and caring with me. I always get all of my questions answered. I feel like she cares about what happens to me. I recently had a virtual visit with her and got the same attention as an in person exam.

Dr. Hart really cares about her patients. She is very thorough, caring, explaining and wants the best for her patient. Lately I’ve head several virtual visits with her and again she is very concerned about her patient’s well being, explains medications and course of action. Great doctor! The only negative is during office visits she sometimes runs behind a little too much.

I Love Dr Hart! She always spends a good amount of time with me and answers all of my questions. She pushes me to get healthy but not in an overbearing way. Very encouraging and positive and thorough.

I went for my annual Medicare vsiit. The office has set up a separate room for "well' patients. Dr Hart and her staff are always very professional and courteous and friendly. Dr Hart is very thorough in her interview and very caring and spends whatever time is necessary to review lab results and answer all of my questions/concerns. I am very happy with the care I receive form her and the staff at TPMG and I highly recommend her.

Dr Hart is very thorough in ensuring all aspects of your health are within acceptable standards and will work with you to bring any readings back within range.

Dr. Hart is incredibly easy to talk to and very thorough. She is genuinely concerned about quality of life and will do whatever is necessary to help ensure that any issues or concerns are addressed promptly. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Dr. Hart was very professional and a great listener. She made me feel very comfortable and telling her what my issues were and she reiterated about the importance of me taking my medication. Even though I am a person that takes my medication religiously she let me know the downside of not taking it in the way that it should. I felt very at ease knowing that I could call her office at any time or the answering service if I had a problem or I felt ill and to let her know what the issue was. My previous family doctor close her practice after 30 some years and I have been looking for a physician for the last 7 months. Dr. Hart is a very compassionate and caring doctor. She has been my primary physician for over 10 years and I have a great deal of confidence and trust in her. She is extremely easy to talk to as well.

Dr Hart explains things to you and makes sure you understand what your blood work numbers mean as well as gives advice on how to make them better. She always seems totally concern about your health; great bedside manner.

My experiences each time I have visit is great, no problems ever. Each time I have to schedule appointments everything has been handle smoothly and profesionally.

Dr. Hart is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. She is very thorough, compassionate and has great listening skills. I’ve been searching for a new PCP and I am so glad I found her!! The office staff was really nice as well! Dr Hart is the type of doctor that is hard to come by.

The front desk is the worst. They leave you on hold forever. If you voice a concern after they do come back, they get an attitude with you. If you leave a message with one of the receptionists, no one can find any messages left there. If you have notes faxed to their office, they never can find them and say they didn't receive them. Dr. Hart is a good doctor but if you mention your concerns about the front desk, she gets mad ! I do trust her decisions though.

Called for an appointment as a new patient. After being put on hold by the receptionist for 10 minutes ("I am assisting a patient") she took my information and said the "office manager" would call me back. After waiting two days I called again and was told that she has no record of my call and Dr hart does not accept new patients for two month. I am sick and they waisted my time.

I really appreciate Dr. Hart. She listens well and is looking after my well being. She will take in to account my views and feelings about procedures and medicine. I went a long time with out medical care I am ashamed to say but I finally found a Dr. that I like and trust.

Dr Hart is a very caring and knowledgeable physician. I trust her experience and judgement. I would recommend her as a physician.

Dr. Karen Hart - I have been a patient of hers for over 8 years and find her to be an exceptionally good and very caring doctor. Always interested in how I am feeling and any other issues I want to talk to her about. Good follow up and although she does she a number a patients on a daily basis as do most family doctors - I never feel rushed.Very good at diagnosing the medical problem.
