I am a cadet at the coast guard academy and I have major issues with this doctor. I can not speak up against her because she puts cadets up for medical discharge if they do. She is telling me that I have things I do not believe I have and saying that I have to medication or she will not recommend me for commission. This is not the first time she has done this to a cadet and the Academy just looks the other way. Because of her many cadets do NOT tell anyone when they are having mental issues. There are too many cadets that have been majorly messed up because of her misdiagnosis. I have also witnessed a cadet suffering because she was prescribed medication for something she did not have. She is dangerous.
Has a history of misdiagnosing females resulting in a medical discharge. It is common knowledge if you are a female sent to Dr.Daly, You will be sent home with a misdiagnosis. How many more females will be sent home by her hand before the CGA stops looking the other way.
Very hard on females in the military. Quick to misdiagnose.
Exceptional skilled care provider who cares about patients and goes above and beyond what is requested.
