I really appreciate Dr Allen! Always courteous staff and Dr Allen truly cares about her patients.

I was a patient of Dr. Allen when she practiced in N. County...I have a concern which requires an exam by a dermatologist, so I called her office...I am now considered a "new patient", and they are not taking new patients (and, btw, medicare is a no-no, too)...and since this is the story of every office I call, my only choice is to go to UCLA, where they are professionals...apparently our medical schools no longer teach medical ethics...more and more doctors want to work part-time, and still do quite well... I've seen Dr Allen or several occasions. She is always professional, personable, and on-time!

Insensitive..selective patient acceptance,,,not willing to go go the 'whole nine yards' in diagnosing....she gave me some basic cream for my lip when I had skin cancer...I'd go/call someone else...

This was my worst experience ever dealing with a receptionest. The lady was so cold and rude, and not willing to even listen to any questions that I had asked. All that she could say was that they are not taking on any new patients. Well if this is how you treat other people who is calling to just get information for some treatment then i am glad that I am not your paitent. One day when you start to lose paitents maybe you will start to wonder why!
