Horrible experience at birth of my child., my body not the same since Dr Addis butchered me with 'sissors'! Husband watching was horrified at this. Looking back we should have sued.

I have been a patient of Dr. Addis for 32 years. She is a caring, gentle, and compassionate physician. She also takes care of my daughter. Highly recommend her.

I felt very defensive, at 80 years old. And so I'm angry. She might as well have been a machine.. she did her job. I hope I'm done for a few years. My MD is going to look for someone else.

My experience with Dr. Addis was horrible. She spent a total of 10 minutes with me. Her Pap test was ridiculous, and I'm STILL waiting for my results after 5 months! Don't go to her!

She was nice but was rushed. She didn't take the time to talk with me. I would have understood if it were busy but it wasn't and I was a first time patient who needed to talk about the pills she was prescribing me. Not going back.

It's been a few years since I have seen Dr. Addis but have not stopped thinking about the horrific experience. Suffering from continual ruptured ovarian cysts, Dr. Addis urged me to get the cysts removed after all other methods seemed to fail. She assured me that it was a quick procedure with a 2 day recovery period. She botched my operation, attempted to cover it up, refused to see me again and now has left me with life long consequences worse than the ruptured cysts! DO NOT SEE HER!

I’ve been treated professionally,promptly,thoroughly. Further consults with Dr. Addis prior to surgery are no problem. Nurses are well informed and and always call me back quickly. I am a retired RN and appreciate Dr. Addis is such an experienced surgeon and can use the Davinci Robot.

I went to Dr. Addis with pain from ovarian cysts. Instead of just removing the cysts, she recommended and removed the whole ovary. This caused severe drenching night sweats with chills. When those weren't cured by pills, the doc quit seeing me. I could only get thru to a nurse practitioner who recommended ice packs! No solution in sight 5 years later. I will always get a 2nd opinion in the future.

I called Thursday afternoon and had a new patient appointment Friday morning. I completely understand that I probably filled a cancellation spot, but I was amazed at how quickly I was able to schedule a consult with Dr Addis. That afternoon Dr Addis' scheduler had me scheduled for an outpatient procedure the following Thursday. I just came from my followup appointment and I am grateful to have found this practice. I used to be a midwives only kind of gal, but I trust Dr Addis and have experienced first-hand that she is knowledgeable, talented, and skilled. The nursing staff at the outpatient surgery reassured me that Dr Addis is one of the best in Tucson. Just a heads up, the wait is a little annoying, but forgivable. Dr Addis is pretty quick with her appointments, so make certain to have all concerns and questions prepared before you see her. She's been doing this 40 years; I completely trust her (I work in the medical profession and have dealt with many providers throughout the years). Nurses seemed very unprofessional. They asked me very personal questions is a public area. Doctor addis only spent about 5 minutes on my first exam and did not ask any health questions. I still have tried calling back three times to get test results back but have not been answered. DONT GO HERE!
