This place has seriously gone down hill since Dr.Shah retired! way! They said.. we called your name 3x? Really? Because we've been sitting right here..for 45min!! Alot of reviews state the front staff isn't very friendly & they're right! Also, alot of people have commented on the place looking dirty, dingy & outdated! Well they're spot on! Hasn't been remodeled in 20+years! The waiting area makes you feel some kind of way! needless to say we're seeking a new pediatrician! The staff is incompetent and not friendly at all. They will waste your time by sending your child to get unnecessary tests done because of their paperwork error and charting errors. The office is dirty and dingy and seems like it hasn’t been updated and barely cleaned in 25 years. Dr. Lis was friendly enough but kind of just misleading with information and wasn’t a match for us as a Doctor caring for our child. He seems to be more And there were many chances for them to catch the paperwork / charting mistake before we took our child for the tests me questioning it multiple times, my wife going in to get the script and paper work to take to the hospital, them sending the orders to the hospital when all the info was there in front of them the entire time!!!! I personally LOVE Dr. Madaiah. She takes her time and listens to your concerns. I feel like I receive quality care every time we come in. However, the wait times are sometimes an hour or longer. With littles, it can be challenging. The front desk staff isnt very friendly, especially for a pediatric office.

We switched to this doctor about 5 years ago and I couldn't be happier. The staff is friendly, the doctor's are great!! We hardly have to wait, even when they are busy. They usually can get us in same day if I call first thing in the morning. They are very accommodating and treat you like family. We love this doctors office. Dr. Vj and Dr. Mediah are the best! I wouldn't even take my dog here!! The staff at the desk always seem like it's an annoyince for them to do their job. I can never seem to get asthma meds for my child and the whole reason we come is for his ASTHMA!! Dr. Lis is a joke!! I had mentioned for a year that my son was constantly sick and Wheezing. I was told by Dr. Lis that that's what happens when they start school and I worried to much so I ended up seeing someone else and within two minutes of them being in the room he had a breathing treatment! Dr Shah is such a great doctor. I would still see him if he wasn't a pediatrician.

We have had nothing but great experiences at this office. Dr. Lis is awesome and does so good with our daughter. Our family appreciates him, he takes time to educate us as parents what's healthy and right for or daughter. I highly recommend.

Dr. Shah and staff are very friendly. Use to get my allergy shots there as he is also an allergist.
