It is very apparent that you are with drawing your services from Darke county. Your office is only open when you have an appointment.

I am somewhat confuse and discomfort about to be treated or seen by a physician assistant in my next visit rather than Dr. Riaz himself. I don't mind if the physician assistant is accompanied by Doctor Riaz as on the job training purposes, but to be left alone to treat patient... . Isn't it like letting a student driver drive a commercial vehicle without a licensed driver by the side? And would a patient received the same depth of diagnosed or care as compare to an experienced doctor? What about the fees that a patient and insurance is paying to the doctor for the service versus an assistant, is there different tiers?

It's always a pleasure to visit this office.

First time meeting this Dr Thought he would have spent more time than 5 minutes with me.

Office visit was very "rushed". MA was covering and she was extremely busy and hurried. Did not ask about medications, etc. Wrong physician came in room due to a mix-up/misunderstanding from staff which rooms for patients to be seen, which wasn't a major issue but physicians also seemed rushed and not as friendly. Very short time spent with physician and I had to ask about adding updated RX info. This was second appt where they were unable to access lab info from Compunet lab.

Dr. Riaz spends time listening to his patients and discussing treatment plans; however, implementing those plans is a challenge. I can't get the staff to return phone calls or fax the results or order changes to the assisted living home where my mother lives. It's hard to manage her health without intervention from the staff or the doctor.

The Dr. seemed very thorough and kind to my father. There was no wait time which we appreciated. Thank you.

Dr. Riaz was kind and patient, however I had difficulty understanding his words due to his accent. I am hoping my understanding will improve the more I am in contact with him. Otherwise, he is a lovely person.

I have been extremely pleased with the care I have received since I began having issues. I am no medical expert but I can't imagine things working much better than they are. Cheaper would be good, but that has worked out pretty well with insurance.

I was waited on in a timely manner. My questions were answered about the problems I am having.

Overall excellent experience.

I would recommend this provider but his appointment schedule is heavily booked. Difficult for new patient to get in.

The temporary facilities, are not sufficient, giving off a sense of disorganization , and even a bit of chaos. There were longish lines to check in and no one seemingly in charge. The receptionists were harried, but seemed to be doing the best they could.

I have always had a positive experience with Dr. Riaz and staff.

Upon arrival, no-one at front desk reception area. I and another patient had to go "next door" ( to a window area with no markings as to which practice it was for, maintenance men working and removing office furniture) to ask if that was where we should check-in as there was no one at the cardio office (lights out). Both of us were scheduled for 1pm and arrived approx 5-10 min prior. We were both confused as to what was happening with the office. The very nice person who assisted us apologized and said they must all still be at lunch, registered us and searched for clipboards and the papers we needed to complete. Several minutes later the office employees returned and proceeded with appointments.

He cares about your health, and you feel confident that you are being taken good care of.

Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. Dr. Riaz and his nurse were very well-informed and listened to my concerns. I was extremely pleased with everyone and my test results.

Definitely a good experience!

I hope Dr. Riaz moves back to his Needmore Road office. One needs to be a pioneer to travel all the way to Vandalia.

Excellent staff, they are the BEST!!!

In addition to Dr. Riaz, nursing staff is also EXCEPTIONAL.

The nurses who took blood pressure and pulse readings were upbeat and friendly. They made for a pleasant visit.

It is so important for me to have the best care possible. I get that with all of my Premier Health Doctors. I am so in better controlled health. I do and follow their instructions without delay. Thank you all. ?

I like that since there was no one ahead of me waiting, and I was a little early I was taken in early. I usually feel a little rushed, as the doctor explains the situation. I have problems understanding broken or foreign english, and it takes longer for my brain to comprehend it when spoken so fast. When asked if I have any other concerns, that is nice, except, while my brain is still trying to decipher the information just given, I forget what I wanted to ask. Overall, I believe the office personnel are kind, and perceptive. They treat patients, as far as I can see, with respect, and human nature is taken in stride, not like we are all numbers or robots.

We understood that two prescriptions would be forwarded to our pharmacy. That did not happen and a visiting nurse noticed and did the procedure later.

After calling Dr Riaz was very good, he looked over my medical records from the past few months, asked how I was feeling explained what he felt I needed. Scheduled the test I needed, the appointment was less then a week later. The technician was very nice, didn't have to wait at all. Went in she explained what the test was an what was going to happen during the exam. After she asked if I had any questions , told me about when I should get the results.

this was my first visit with Kamran Riaz Md. I didn't get to spend much time with the Dr. because it was already 5PM I am sure the next time will be 100% more relaxed and I will not be so up tight.

Riaz is a good provider but I don't ever recommend any doctors ever. That, I feel, is none of my business.

Too quick, very superficial kind of an exam. Asks questions which I could answer online. Also, Why did I answer questions online and I don't think anyone looked at my answers?

I trust this doctor to take good care of me. He cares about his patients, and wants to keep us healthy.

I wear hearing aids but still find it hard to hear. With the required mask wearing at this time it is often hard for me to understand what another person is saying. The Dr. was very accommodating, repeating several times for my benefit

The checkout person was bad the. Dr want me to have 4 months appointments and she said I only needed 6 needed a 6 month or longer appointment.
