Dr. Kamran Ahmed Abbasi

Dr Abbasi did not ask permission to let 5+ students while I was at the hospital. He discharged me without even talking to me, my test results, nor sharing his diagnosis which he put in a very colorful and derogatory way in the hospital system. He assumed I was an alcoholic and just plain crazy. Needless to say my alcohol level was zero, and even as I refused any psychiatric help, he sent in a psychiatrist who did not take no for an answer. I was there for chest pain, difficulty breathing, and high blood pressure (over 200/100). He diagnosed me as psychotic and alcoholic, even though no mental tests were done and he, neither the psychiatrist, discussed any of my personal issues. By the way, no cardiologist was sent to check on me while at St. Francis. Dr Abbasi was extremely rude, ineffectual, and harmed my reputation by including in my medical history inaccurate info without substantiation. SFH treats patients like a number to get rid of asap. St Francis ER/Admiss & Abbasi r dangerous.

Dr Abbasi, M.D. has cared for me several times while in the hospital. Dr Abbasi is an extremely compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. He never makes you feel rushed and always listens to everything you have to say. Dr Abbasi always answers your questions and definitely in a way that you can understand. The nursing staff speaks highly of him as a provider as well.

He treated me for the COVID-19 virus and was very professional and provided thoughtful answers to my questions. I was very confident in his treatment regiment and his dedication to the patient.

He is very knowledgeable and makes the extra effort to make sure treatment does not fall through the cracks upon discharge. Great Dr!
