Dr Erfanian and the team at SCOI are fantastic! They have a very good system of care and communication making everything go smoothly. I felt listened to, got my questions answered well, and the surgery and recovery were seamless!

I went to Dr. E because of several friends had Carpal Tunnel surgery from him and were very pleased, I value recommendations and have had the same experience. Would not hesitate to refer anyone to him and his staff is best of class as well!

Took care of my trigger thumb. Surgery was very painless. Just took longer to get it scheduled and done because of Covid.

I had carpal tunnel surgery. It didn't take very long, the staff was great. Dr Erfanian and the anethesiologist both saw me before the procedure to let me know what to expect. When I ask a question through the Get Well Loop, it was on a Saturday, Dr Erfanian called me and had me send pictures of my hand. After he reveiwed them, he called me back with what to do. He follows through until your healed. Great doctor!

DR. Erfanian did a right carpal tunnel surgery March 2021. It went very well and I was very comfortable with him to do the left carpal tunnel JAN. 31. He has an excellent team that he works with. I would recommend him to anyone considering this type of surgery.

Dr. Erfanian and his PA take time to listen and explain what is going on and answer questions. I felt very confident under his care for my trigger thumbs.

Dr. Erfanian has performed four surgeries for me; three trigger fingers (two at once) and one carpal tunnel. They are all of cake procedures. But if he treats five-minute surgeries with the degree of professionalism he always displays, I’d trust him to screw my entire hand back together should the need arise. He is always polite, presents information that is easily understood, and answers questions until there are no more to be asked. I have referred him to many friends and they all feel just as I do.

Very nice and caring. After my surgery Dr. Erfanian took the time to call my ride and let her know how I was doing. I like the Get Well Portal. I was able to check in and get answers every day from Dr. Erfanian if I needed them. High quality Care is what I received!

Dr. Erfanian has been an excellent provider. He is very tentative, experienced, resourceful, friendly and professional. Staff is great. Kayla is also very experienced in her field. Surgery was successful and the incision is slightly visible. I am very satisfied with the whole procedure. I Would highly recommend Dr. Erfanian.

My hand was useful in three days. All but one finger got its feeling back, which I was told it could take months. The rest of the hand is great. Now I want to do my right hand.

Dr. Erfanian has been great since the first visit. He assessed my situation and presented a plan and also detail potential complications that may arise.

Everyone is so nice and they introduce themselves and let you know what role they have in your procedure they make sure that you are comfortable. The Doctor explain the procedure also, everything I was told is true the doctor is very nice and he explains everything and what to do after work and even has an email sent to me to check in every day which is a comfort just in case I have a question. I am so glad that I have had my surgery here I fully have faith in my doctors here and I'm so glad to know that they are specialists it makes me feel more at ease with whatever procedure I'm going to have, the hospital is clean the nurses are friendly and the doctors also.

The doc did my elbow and both wrists. I’m retired and love blacksmith work. Now I can continue to enjoy do what I love.

Dr. Erfranian isn’t very pleasant, always has a smile, he fully explains what he is doing, what he will do and what to expect. I was very glad I chose him for my hand.

Dr Erfanian wasted nearly a year of my time by leaving my care souly to his P.A. whom I thought was Dr Erfanian himself. I was being treated for "Trigger Finger", which my finger never "triggered". I endured several very painful injections in my finger until it was time to schedule surgery. At my last appointment before scheduling surgery, Dr Erfanian finally stepped in. He took a brief look at my chart and a brief look at my finger and deemed my problem to not be trigger finger. Then he got up and walked out of the room leaving me to his P.A. once again. I was then referred to a rheumatologist who took one look at my hand and diagnosed my problem as being Psoriatic Arthritis. By this time I had lost function in my finger. Dr Erfanian struck me as an arrogant surgeon who couldn't be bothered to spend time with his own patient unless surgery was involved. He could have saved me time, frustration, PAIN, and money had he bothered to take just one prior appointment. This doctor/surgeon has done the work to be one of the best in the country hands down. He knows what he is doing and from me receives very high reviews. I thought my hand would be unusable for 4 weeks after carpel tunnel surgery. It was only a couple of days that I did not use it for light duty work. His level of communication and expertise is unmatched. I would recommend him to anyone who has any hand issue. His level of education shows his passion for his profession and his willingness to stay on the cutting edge of technology.

Dr. Erfanian is very thorough when explaining your options for care. He is listens to your concerns and makes every attempt to educate you about the care path you choose. He is apart of a large practice and scheduling can be dificult but once you are seen and become familiar with the practice you shouldn't have any problems. Additionally the staff he employs are very kind.

Dr Erfanian and his entire office are absolutely wonderful to work with. Through both of my carpal tunnel surgeries working with the entire staff was consistent and pleasant.

He is very caring and fully explains everything. Later in the day you will have to wait for your appointment. I guarantee you it is worth it though.

Dr. Erfanian is very thorough and explained everything to me prior to my carpal tunnel surgery. He told me what I could expect after surgery and was very honest with me about looking term results. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Erfanian explained everything and always asked if I had any other questions. His P.A.s were always helpful as well. I never felt that he was rushed and my hand surgery was as expected.

The quality of care I've received through these doctors and facilities is is phenomenal. They check in daily and answer every concern and treat everyone as a human. They genuinely care about every patient and the success I've had with them surpass all my expectations.

I had surgery on my elbow on 3/17/14, and Dr Erfanian was clear and concise when he explained what was wrong with it and what was needed. He is caring, empathetic, and takes the time you need when you are there with him. He tells you if you need surgery or not, the success rate, all the ins and outs, and you feel comfortable and confident in his care! I would recommend him to everyone with tendinitis, tendenosis, golfers elbow, and carpal tunnel syndrome! He is amazing! You will love him!

He was an excellent surgeon. He debrided my son's tfcc after he was having pain a year after breaking it. Dr. Erfanian was very professional and knew what he was doing. He discuss different options for you condition and what will be best for you.

I have been pleasantly surprised dealing with this medical group as well as Dr Erfanian. The efficiency and kindness is outstanding. Dr Efranian explained my surgery, showed me my X-ray and have total confidence in him. I also feel Tracey his PA was a great part of the team.

Dr. Erfanian was thorough and explained every part of steps needed for repair of my injury. Surgery was needed. He was on time, pleasant, answered all questions before surgery. After surgery, he spent the time to explain what he saw and did. Follow was consistent through email. Questions were answered within the same day.

Dr. Erfanian is fantastic. He informs, is direct about the issue and what to expect. He takes the time to answer questions. He informs on all aspects of the surgery and followup, and it was exactly as he stated. I value the direct approach and that Dr Erfanian listens to the patient. I believe his skill, as well as his approach, have much to do with the success of the surgery and the healing process.

I had a great experience both times I had surgery for carpal tunnel. My questions were answered promptly either through Healthloop or a call to come in to be checked. I highly recommend Dr. Erfanian. He is thorough, conservative and compassionate.
