She is an amazing doctor she listens to your concerns and works things through with you as a patient not just a number she truly cares

I saw Dr. Rajupet for the first time last December at PINE in Monroeville. She was warm and welcoming, kind and thorough. I felt instantly comfortable and hope to be seeing her regularly. MDs may not personally hire the office staff, so it's not always fair to judge a doctor by the behavior of the front office. Sadly, it's hard to find good help :-(

Dr. Rajupet is an excelent doctor, but the staff at her office leaves a lotto be desired. I am finding a new doctor to treat me since I have a problem with staffs who think they are more important than the doctor. I am leaving a one star because of the staff.

Dr Rajapet is a good doctor but the office staff, particularly the Central Call Center has a lot to be desired. It is very difficult to get connected to talk with a live person on the phone. On several occasions when I attempted to leave a voice message for someone to call me back the voicemail system disconnected me. At times it took several days for someone to return my call or they never even returned my call. I finally got fed up and switch to a new endocrinologist practice.

She was rude and cold. She barely spoke and didn't seem to care about what I was saying. Plus she was on her phone the whole appointment. I've never seen such unprofessionalism. Won't ever go back to her.

Dr Rajupet is an excellent, very knowledgeable physician Would highly recommend her as an endocrinologist. I was however very disappointed in her reception staff. They talked personal info the entire time I waited. Could hear very plainly everything they said. Very unprofessional.
