Dr. Kamal Moulana

At first, I was extremely pleased with Dr Moulana. Unfortunately his receptionist who was great at first turned sour. When I didn’t bring documentation that I was told could be accessed on my phone, she got a horrible attitude and kept it ever since. Even after I tried to apologize and make amends, apparently it wasn’t enough. I thought maybe she just had a bad day but it was a continuous pattern. I would ask her a question and she would snap at me. I finally told her that I didn’t see a point in further appts and she started to get snappy and make excuses. It felt like they were taking advantage of the 110 dollar insurance payout for a literal 3 min visit (happened 3 times). I like Dr Moulana but his receptionist is intolerable.

The love Mrs. mouana showed my grandmother for ten years through her fight in cancer was unprecedented. Mrs. mouana there will always be a ace in our families hearts for you. We love you The Barry Family

Dr. Moulana makes sure I understand everything he’s telling me. He knows I don’t have the degrees he does, so he explains so I understand. ??

I was not at all pleased with my initial appointment. Doctor kept taking phone calls from his children then forgetting about what we were discussing. Every thing I asked he would state that we would get to that but never did. Just not a happy patient. My dad has always had a great experience with Dr. Moulana. However, while trying to get my dad in due to him having pneumonia, the receptionist was very rude and disrespectful. Will be finding my dad a new pulmonary specialist.

Would definitely recommend Dr.Malauna to anyone.He is an excellent doctor. Very efficient and a caring doctor. He cares for my husband and I know I can count on him to do what is that needs to be done. He also takes time to answer any questions you might have. He is a good man.

Dr. Moulana always listens to my concerns and answers my questions. I'd recommend him to anyone searching for a pulmonologist.

Dr Moulana is an excellent physician. He cares deeply for his patients and has the knowledge and expertise to treat lung diseases expertly and quickly.

I was diagnosed with COPD by a doctor at Ft Knox. I chose Dr. Moulana to provide treatment for this. He spent a good amount of time with me and addressed my concerns with knowledge and patience. He ran test normally run for COPD, to support the diagnosis of the COPD by Ft Knox. Test confirmed the absence of COPD and treatment for confirmed diagnosis was started and I responded to treatment successfully.

While waiting for someone to come in, I hear this lady in the hallway, fussing that some person she was trying to call needed to learn how to answer the phone. She was very angry, very upset. While sitting there I'm coughing, sneezing, and blowing my nose. I'm hoping to get some help because I do have some wheezing with this cough, once I start coughing it's hard to stop, although I do have allergies, the sneezing, and blowing is pretty much the norm for me. This lady walks into the room where I am, I politely say Hello, but she doesn't speak she just gives me this mean mug look. She never introduced herself. She couldn't give me directions or demonstrate to me w/o being overly loud (to where she is screaming), critical, judgmental (bringing up my age), and demeaning. She's muttering under her breath...why did she come if she has a cold. I was in pain most of the night and didn't fall asleep until 5 a.m. this morning, rough night. My appointment was for PFT (pulmonary function test) for 9 a.m. this morning. I've heard of it but never had one done. I'm very particular about whom I do business with and up until now I've been very blessed with some great doctors. What's so crazy is when I got in my car, I looked at my appointment sheet, looked at her name and was so surprise to see M.D. next to her name. Talk about conducting yourself. I suppose I'll be driving 50 miles away to find a good doctor with good bedside manners, and patience, what every doctor should have. I just need some help! This doctor is really good! Really knew what he was talking about. I had more answers within 10 minutes of meeting him than I had gotten from 5-6 doctors before him. Was very straight to the point and it was easy to see he cared about his patients. A+
