Dr. Kalyani Polani Raja

We used to be her patient few years back and changed after few visits. She has no patience and was super rude.

Dr. Raja is awesome she always care for kids and always responds to messages also get appointment in emergency times ASAP.

Dr. Kalyani Raja is excellent at listening to all our concerns and provides good advise on caring for the baby. When my son fell sick, they were able to accommodate us the next day even though no appointments were available that week. Front desk does a good job co-ordinating the appointments. Dr. Raja is amazing but quite opposite is her support staff and front desk. These people are very very good at rescheduling or canceling appointments at the last moment. The office staff are very bad with their organizing skills and unprofessional. They reschedule and cancel appointments at the last moment.

Always smiling and willing to help and goes above and beyond to help her patients. Also patiently answers all the parents’ questions.

She is very rude and don’t have manners what she talks in front of kids and don’t know how to make comfortable when kids are nervous with doctors visits. Her rudeness makes kids more uncomfortable but nurse is really nice. Absolutely not recommended this doctor.

She is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. The staff is always cordial.

She is very careless and not treating well now a days.

I dont know how I can give a lower rating than this. Front office has got such a big attitude problem. They gave me such a hard time when I tried to reschedule the new patient appointment, especially when the first one was canceled because the doctor herself was not present. I can't imagine how I would feel if I picked her as my child's primary paediatrician and the facing such attitude if and when my child got ill.. Thank God I'm not choosing her. Took my daughter to doctor as she is suffering from fever and cold from 3 days and dr.Kalyani told that some viral infection and told there is no medicine and only Tylenol and Motrin but my daughter started complaining about lots ear pain on the same day and we were able to see that noses blocked. But no idea why she didn’t even suggest to remove wax and told everything is good. Took her to urgent care and they figured out that there is an infection in the throat as well and lots of wax in the ear. She was in so hurry to see other patients instead of treating current patient correctly. And she left by interrupting me while asking few questions. Something happened last year as well. When we went to her for fever and she did nothing. Again urgent care only gave correct medicines which made my daughter better. Poor demeanor, diagnostic skills and bedside manners. Definite avoid.

Doctors are so friendly.. but front office staff is so rude...

Doctor tries to create panic unnecessarily and tries to talk very nicely which does seems unnatural. Doesn't listen to you and gets oftended very easily. Also front desk desk staff is rude.

I have followed Dr. Raja from other offices, i absolutely love her, my daughter loves her as well, she is an excellent Dr. The staff is friendly and very welcoming. (My 4 year old does not trust anyone outside that office to poke her, if we have to go somewhere else i have to tell her that they are their friends and thats why we are there) Clean, friendly enviorment. Their billing and collections team is horrible. I have a paid bill in collections. I paid the amount in full in cash and somehow they don't have it paid on their system. After 6 months of trying to sort in with numerous phone calls & emails I am still nowhere. They have copies of the payment receipt too but can't seem to find a solution. I am now trying to report them to consumer rights. Just looking how to do it next.

I think I will be looking for a new Doctor. When my son was sick back in July 2016 on a Wednesday I call back on Friday to see if the nurse would call me back never got a call back. Also I requested an itemize recite and they could not print me one there at the office so I call the office and they have to mail it to me and I have to wait 3 to 5 business day. I thinks the is ridicules to have to wait that long. I don't like that the call don't go directly to the staff that work at the office.

We have two children whom have been under Dr. Rajas care since they were newborns, we are very blessed to have to have chosen her as our provider. Dr. Raja has a sincerity about her that is very welcoming, and she is always there to answer your questions. Her staff is always very friendly and always go out of there way to help. Our children love going to see her, any time we tell them they are going to the doctor, my 5 year old son says, we're going to Dr. Raja's mommy? with a smile!

It is one of the worst experience with this doctor. She does not know about the illness of patience and gave us the appointment.
