If I were to rate based on Dr. Patel's care when you are able to finally see him, it would be a 5. However, unfortunately, that's where anything positive stops. Everything else should be below a 1. Scheduling is a nightmare - 4 to 5 months out for post-cancer surgery scan and follow up results is absurd. How is that even ethical?! Moved to Phoenix, and they absolutely could care less about losing a patient. They REFUSED to do virtual appointments, citing they "don't do virtual" when I CLEARLY met virtually with them just last year. Scheduling has been outsourced to some outside entity, which has to CALL THE OFFICE TO GET INFORMATION!!! Isn't that essentially double the work and inefficient?! These people are out of their minds. As a cancer patient, and spouse to, unfortunately, a wife with cancer, I can confidently say that after years of dealing with medical providers, this is ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE EVER. Stay far, far away. I have no idea what happened to this office, it is an absolute joke. They desperately need to get it together. I saw Dr. Patel for recurring bladder cancer. Dr. Patel was very thorough in his treatment plan more so than the previous doctor I was seeing for this disease. He communicates very well and explains procedures that he performed in a manner that was easy to understand and digest. His staff is very attentive and I would recommend him for any urology problems.

A salesman. Be sure what he prescribes is right for you. A wrong choice can be a disaster for you.

The service was amazing, and the staff greeted me very warmly. The care I received was second to none, and these are true professionals who know what they are doing. I was fixed right up.Thank You AIU!

I find his staff either insufficient or incompetent. Every time I have a question or need their service is not acceptable. Dr isn't worth the lousy service.

Dr Patel has a wonderful bedside manner and is very easy to communicate with. He is a skilled surgeon and fortunately for me, I was cancer free after just one procedure

I went to Dr. Patel and had a very serious urology problem. He ran all tests and treated it very serious. He is very professional and made sure to tell my family what was going to be done to deal with the problem. I would refer family and friends to him.

I felt very comfortable from the first visit with Dr Patel. He was very thorough and answered all questions that I had.
