Her and her husband only care about money!! I drove 45 minutes to her office just for me not be seen due to miscommunication from the billing office… I will look for another OBGYN and Primary Care Doctor that cares about their patients, professional, and listens to what their patients needs are.

She's a wonderful doctor, especially for first-time mothers!! She's absolutely amazing. Can't recommend a better doctor!!

I would recommend Dr Kalpana.She simplifies complicated health issues. If not required she will not ask for unnecessary tests or anything. My experience with her is amazing so far.

The staff is nice and the Dr. seems very experienced and professional. She is also very sweet and friendly. She personally calls patients with test results as soon as she receives them, within a day or two. She goes through the medical history and is very thorough. I love her.

Dr. Raghavan has been my OB GYN for years now after my much beloved gynecologist decided not to practice obstetrics and referred me to her. Dr. Raghavan listens to all of my concerns, is thorough, tests for everything, makes recommendations, allows me to make decisions and always makes me feel that I am in control of my care with her guidance. That is very important to me! I had a high risk pregnancy and complications prior to pregnancy and she provided me with top notch care even in those very emotional times. She is an awesome Doctor. I never felt that Iam meeting her for first time. She made me feel very comfortable and answered all my queries and gave the easy solutions for everything.

Dr. Raghavan seems to be a nice doctor but her staff is awful. They are very rude. I requested my records to be sent to another physician and the receptionist acted like I was inconveniencing her. I requested to have a full blood panel done and I didn't receive such (my deductible was at 100% met). Also, the actual office itself is not as clean as I would have hoped. Could it have been more updated? Sure, but it was dirty. The bathroom and the exam room wasn't clean as it should be (especially since it is COVID time).

Dr. Raghavan was really amazing during my pregnancy and delivery seems very experienced and professional. She is very sweet and friendly. She personally calls patients with test results as soon as she receives them. I just love her.

I lost my baby here worst hospital...i feel shame that they are from my country...they dont know how to treat please save your baby...after the appointment they put my wife in line

I never seen like this doctor before . No respect and long waiting . Without doing anything they charge more . I don’t recommend this doctor . It’s waste to give 1 star too .

She don't spend time with Patients in clarifying questions and will always be in mode of hurry to leave the room ( to see other Patients). Not recommended.

Probably one of the best doctors around in Smyrna Area. Whenever we needed her , she was always there. Takes care of her patient very well !!

Dr Kalpana is very much professional and well experienced. She responds at the earliest to all the queries patients have, either in the appointment or through mail or a call.

I love Dr. R . She was always there when I needed I even had to have a c-section which she performed and it was over in no time and you can’t even see the scar. She was a great doctor. Very professional, straightforward and caring .

I don't recommend her. Basically I went to her the reason she can talk to in my Language and understood my problems which I am not able to clearly explain in English. But she never tried to communicate in my language. That becomes hard for me to explain her problems. Second thing is I was facing issue for a month during my pregnancy which never tried to resolve or don't know what was going wrong. That ended premature baby for me. My first kid was full term baby. Moreover she is giving explanation that since we are here the baby is in good hands. But she never accept that she did nothing to avoid it. So don't go to her. I don't recommend her. Dr. Raghavan is amazing! I have been a patient of hers for 13 years. I recommended her to all of my friends & family, and they love her too. She is thoughtful, observant, intelligent, and experienced. She listens to the patient and goes over & above any doctor I have seen before. Because of her years of experience, she also relies on her own intuition even if a test is not showing a problem (due to this - I actually credit her with saving the life of my 1st child.) Truly gifted doctor!

Excellent doctor. She is great with following up and genuinely concerned about patients well-being. You are definitely in safe hands with her. She knows her job really well. Just talking to her half of the pain is gone :) . I recently moved to Nashville but still she follows up only with my medical records being sent. I will definitely recommend her and we need such high class doctors otherwise in this ruthless place where patients are treated like money making machines. I Totally respect her .

Dr. Raghavan seems to be a nice doctor who unfortunately has a terrible staff. The receptionist is very rude and uninviting. She seemed more interested in her personal conversation with the nurse rather than greeting the patients. I had to call almost 2 wks after an appointment to get my test results and was told they misplaced them and had to call back with them. After a month of being there I have still yet to have my prescription filled. Worst experience @ a doctor's office.

I absolutely love Dr.R and her staff. I've never had a experience where they didn't contact me about my appointment, or even labs. Dr.R is very professional and takes time with each patient while in the examine room. As a current high risk patient of hers I have nothing but good things to say about her and the entire staff.

I have been going to her office for past couple of years for my wife and always been satisfied with the treatment, including the delivery of our first child. She is a very experienced doctor and reachable when you need help. Her staffs at office are also very polite and helpful.

I have the same experience about Dr. Raghavan just like other reviewers stated. She is friendly, down to earth, patient, willing to answer all my questions, very easy to talk to. The things I am concerned and not too happy about are the lack of cleanliness of the exam room and the bathroom, and the staff's capability. Let me address the cleanliness first - the exam room wall is dirty with something spilled on the wall in more than one spots, the floor is not clean, the covers of the exam bed where the patients put our feet at are so dirty that I didn't want to touch even with my shoes. I wonder why they don't replace them. The white cabinet in the bathroom where you collect your urine is also dirty and can use a new cabinet. I wish the doctor would make an effort to clean up the place. I would come and help paint the walls for her! The staff quality comes and goes. Sometime they didn't mail me the reminder card for my appointment, and I had to call to find out when my appointment is when it comes close to the check up time.
