I have been seeing him for years and so does my entire family. He's super professional and friendly. His bedside manner is amazing, he's attentive and compassionate. I definetley recommend seeing him. He's amazing.

The clinic has greatly improved its customer service by installing a web-based appointment scheduling and appointment. All required forms are filled up by the patients before their visit to the clinic. This system minimizes wait time which is helpful especially at this time of COVID-19.

I don't know what kind of staff this doctor's office have but been calling numerous times and been on hold for so long or I will automatically transfer on hold without saying anything. Very pooooooooooooooor customer service .Not even deserve a 1 star ,

I will be forever grateful to Dr. Sataray for deciding to take an X-ray of my lungs when I went just for a check-up so I could get refills for my inhaler. The X-ray showed a "suspicious" mass on one of my lungs, but because of this, my lung cancer was diagnosed at Stage 1, meaning it was somewhat small and had not spread to other organs or lymph nodes, giving me a bigger chance of beating it. Yes, sometimes he seems like he's in a hurry, but he sees a lot of patients in a short period of time. And there may be only 6 parking spaces in front, but there are more spaces in the back. The only possible "negative" is that it is a bi-lingual office and someone apparently mistook a refill request for "Doxepin" as "Diazapam" and he refused to give it to me. I had asked for just a couple previously for an MRI because I'm seriously claustrophobic, but I couldn't understand why the nurse had written I wanted Diazapam, but then figured it out, as they sound similar if you say them out loud and aren't familiar with the other medication. AND you can typically get an appointment as soon as the NEXT DAY, or maybe the same day if you're willing to wait a while. Dr. Saturay, I hope you read these reviews because I just found out today that my most recent PET scan shows that I no longer have lung cancer. Thank you so much for taking the initiative and convincing me to have a chest X-ray. I will be forever grateful. I have moved back to California to be near my family, but if I ever need a doctor in Las Vegas again, I know right where to go. Thanks again, Nancy Jones

I've only been there once and that's enough. I switched to him to find someone closer to my house and save gas. First of all, the parking for this place is ridiculous. It's a little house off a major street and the driveway only holds like 6 cars. Dr. Sataray, himself, was fine. He seemed friendly enough and thorough.. even getting me a referral to a specialist I need to see and telling me to get labs done. Well, a few days later, I fast and go get labs. After waiting over half hour before getting called, they tell me; They have no requests. It was never called in! So, I go outside and call Satarays office and the girl tells me the office is closed for two days. This was on a Thursday. This week, I decide to do things right and save time so I call the lab and get the fax #, then call Sataray to have him fax in the lab order. His staff is incompetent! I went through 5 different people as they played Pass The Phone! One girl said, "Oh, I don't see an order here. Hold on while I ask the doctor. " That was the 4th person. Then another person gets on and wants my information again. When I told him? i was being helped, he whispered something to someone, then said, "She told me to get your information. " Needless to say, I've had it! I immediately called the insurance company and am going back to my previous Primary Care where at least the staff is more professional! My family and I have gone to Dr Sataray for years. He has always taken his time to listen to us instead of brushing concerns off. Being able to go to a doctor who is willing to listen and do a thorough job was a lifesaver for us.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Very rude office workers. If you do not speak as they do stay away. They refuse service if you do not. The Dr. Posted a review on himself. That is a joke. I use the word Dr but he is not. The office staff are liars. Please stay away. Very bad experience!!

If I cud do negative stars it wud be 100!! This man is ridiculous!!! CUDNT get a word in..he offers me chantix to quit smoking and then DUZNT call the Rx in. Spent about 45 seconds in the room and as soon as he thot I was asking for pain meds he was gone but I wasn't asking I have my own I was simply stating my pain with fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis. One star is being generous here. This is the rudest man, he is so unprofessional and has a very nasty attitude. Appointment times are not taken to consideration here either, prepared to wait at least 2 hours. I suggest you not see this doctor unless you are ready to fight.

Love Dr Justo Sataray and, his stuff are very professional and helpful my father also goes there and he love it to.

He takes on way to many patients! The office is really disorganized & important things are neglected. I had to practically beg for refills on scripts everytime. I didn't think he really listened to me he was always so hurried and looked at me blankly. His exams weren't thorough. His front office staff was kind of snippy (underpaid and overworked)? He seemed knowledgeable but don't think he applied it case by case, it felt generic. He's initially affordable but in the long run it really cost.

Its so isolated and its over charged. My parents Bill hit $6,000 for just a check up. ( Wth ). no wonder doctors are making a fortune. they sucking everything out of you.

If you no espanol than this is not the doctor for you. If you don't want someone to listen to your ailments, this is the doctor for you. He comes in the room, puts stethoscope on your arm, and says, ok, you can go now. Doesn't sit down, does not listen. Is terrible at refilling medications you need. Not a good experience here. Maybe if you speak Spanish you might get better care. The wait is long, walk ins are welcome and they work them in which makes your appt wait time longer. If I could rate 0 stars I would do so.
