Poor; despite having sought a MD license to prescribe cannabis, and having been approved by Maryland, he no longer treats patients with this approved product. I'm not sure how he can pretend to treat patients. Suppose a doctor chose not to prescribe insulin, yet still called herself an endocrinologist?
