I had a great experience. Dr. Sparkes explained everything to me and took the time with me that I needed. He listened to me and answered all of my questions!

Dr Sparks was excellent. He sat with me, listened to my concerns and spent time discussing options for treatment. His staff was very helpful as well.

Couldn’t be happier with the care I receive from Dr Sparkes. He’s been taking care of me for a number of years and makes my personal challenges easy to understand and manage. His staff is second to none too.

My experiences with Dr. Sparks are good. He listens when I say things and believes me when I say I have or have not done things. He says when he thinks a test or treatment is not needed or effective. He acts like a partner in maintaining my health rather than an adversary.

Dr. Sparkes was recommended to me years ago by a picky man who was a Navy 'medic' for many years. Dr S. listens and talks to you in a straightforward way. He also will explains what happens when you choose not to take care of yourself. So my husband and I like being given the positive and negative. I know he has had many patients for many years. Several were my friends, so I could tell that he felt it when they passed away. I also never get the Me doctor- You ignorant patient feeling that I felt with a few past doctors. So we continue to choose Dr. Sparkes.

I always get really good information when I visit Dr. Sparkes. He is very thorough and explains it all! I feel like he is truly my partner in maintaining my health and having a plan to work with. He always listens to me and takes what I say into consideration when developing the plan.

Took the time to sit and talk…no rush-just listened. I had forgot to mention a condition I have while in my appointment. I mentioned it to one of the nurses and she talked with him and called me back today to discuss. Two big thumbs up ???? ???? for Dr. Sparkes.

Dr. Sparkes actually takes the time to listen to you. Then takes the time to explain what's going on and answers any questions you might have. This is why I chose him many years ago and why I continue to go back. His staff is always friendly and accommodating and all are responsive to electronic requests.

Best Doc I've been to. He sets perfect time to discuss any problems I wanted to discuss. He's very knowledgeable and a wonderful guy. I'm so happy to found him!

Dr. Sparkes is knowledgeable, professional, and insightful, yet still manages to be personal and concerned.

He is very thorough and responsive. I have gotten great care from him and his staff is very helpful.

Dr. Justin Sparkes has been my primary care physician for over a decade. He has expertly and kindly cared for me through numerous surgeries, bouts of feebleness, and times of uncertainty. Dr. Sparkes' no-nonsense, thorough approach to patient care means I feel *seen*. His interest in me as a person and a patient makes all the difference in a crowded field of providers. Dr. Sparkes' staff is first-rate. They have fought and continue to fight on my behalf against bad insurance policies. The staff are unfailingly polite and caring. I wish I could give more than five stars!

Dr. Sparkes always listens to what you have to say and asks questions.

I might have to wait for an appointment but its always worth it to get in to see a real doctor who listens and thinks.

As a long term patient I am pressed with the pleasant clinic environment. Dr. Sparkes is unhurried and attentive and his approach to treatment is practical.

Dr. Sparkes always gives you personal attention and spends quality time with you and is never rushed. He asks you questions about your health so you can be a part of your treatment plan.

Dr. Sparked took the time to explain everything in great detail and I never felt rushed like he had to get on to the next patient. His staff was also very courteous.

Dr. Sparkes and Jessica are very professional courteous and competent. Will continue to see them for my PCP needs.

Always takes time with me and I know that he is listening. He does his best to help me and is aware of everything from past visits. He is an excellent doctor for me.

Has been my PCP since 2009 and I would not trade him for anyone else! He is thorough and detailed. He explains everything to my satisfaction. He does offer Telehealth.

Listens and explains well, to my satisfaction

Good visit. On time. Listened to issues, provided options and referral. Staff great. This time, patient portal worked well for setting appointment and completing all forms before visit. That has not always been the case, hence why only 4 stars.

Hettie at the front desk was extremely rude. I’ve never been treated this rudely by someone at a front desk of an office. If you are looking for an office with a sincere, caring and understanding front desk staff, make sure you aren’t speaking with hettie. I received so many people who recommended dr. Sparkes and my brother is even a patient but the lady at the front desk ruined my experience. My appointment was at 10 and I filled my paper work out by 10:05 and had to reschedule for a month from now. I made this appointment in July and the earliest I could be seen was October and now I’m being put off another month. She suggested I arrive 30 minutes early for my next appointment. Dr Sparks takes a lot of time! With my entire health experience!

Dr Sparks is always helpful and gives solid medical advice. Takes time to answer all of my questions. I usually have a written list ;) Friendly, knowledgable, professional and encouraging in personality. I gladly recommend him to my family and friends. My husband will establish with Dr Sparks when his current internist retires.

Dr. Sparkes is easy to talk to, listens and provides excellent care.

Dr. Sparkes always listens to my concerns and addresses them so I can understand. He spends time needed to answer all questions and I never feel like he is rushed to get to his next patient.

After every visit I feel I have all the tools I need for my personal health and well being.

I’m a new patient. This was only my second visit. I couldn’t be more impressed with Dr. Sparks. He is fantastic, spends time getting to know you. Doesn’t rush you in and out, and will take the time to address all issues at one time, but gives realistic follow-up dates to be sure things are working correctly.

I couldn't ask for a better doctor or staff. Been seeing Dr. Sparkes for over 10 years and wouldn't change for anything. He listens to my concerns and does not make me feel rushed. Office staff is always friendly and always does their best to schedule me in a timely manner. Prompt responses to communication.

This was a follow up appt after starting new medication 6 weeks ago. Also spoke with Pharmacy Specialist to get new Libre 2 Continuous Blood Glucose monitor started with first sensor.
