Dr. Petrolla takes the time to explain your medical diagnoses. Dr. Petrolla listens , has empathy, and sincerely wants to help you recover. I have referred my sister and several family members to Dr.Petrolla. His office staff and nurses are very kind and professional. I cannot say enough to tell you how impressed I am with Dr. Petrolla.

HE IS THE BEST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER BEEN ASSOCIATED WITH.

They took me earlier than my scheduled appointment. They explained everything thoroughly.

Compassionate, dedicated, smart, well-educated, caring & kind. Couldn’t ask for a better doctor.

He was patient and understanding. He took time to explain all the options and procedures and thoughtfully answered all my questions.

Dr. P. has taken care of me and my daughter and both times we could not have received better care. His technical skills are excellent -- he administered my spine injections with remarkably little discomfort. His bedside manner is one of the best I have ever encountered. He spends time listening to your concerns, explains options clearly, has a great sense of humor, and genuinely cares about the welfare of his patients. I would recommend him without hesitation. His office staff are very friendly and efficient, as well. It does take a long time to get an appointment with him, but scheduling subsequent appointments is much easier.

Doctor was on time and was prepared for the visit. He offered information without us having to interrogate him to get it, which is refreshing. He was personable and treated us like people instead of our designated 8 minutes of time. It was a pleasant, efficient and enjoyable appointment. Thank you.

Courteous front desk. I was to have a peridural injection in the lower backs. Prior to the procedure Dr. Petrolla explain in detail what will happen and put me in confiance. I highly recommend Dr. Petrolla and is staff.

This office was like a well oiled machine. From the moment I walked into it, till the time I left. Dr. Petrolla was kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable regarding. my difficult pain case. I felt "hope" for the first time in a long time. He gave me different options to help me deal with the daily pain that I have endured for years.

I have been going to Dr. Petrolla for years . He is a wonderful Dr. he walks me to the door where my husband is.His staff is also great. I have told my friends about him also.

The minute you walk in the door, you’re greeted with a GENUINE smile and even compassion when needed due to having physical discomfort and difficulty moving. That same positive attitude is scaffolded when the nurse/PA calls you back, and all the way to when Dr Petrolla enters the room. I never feel like a commodity being scanned in the express lane, but rather, Dr Petrolla listens and is blessed with knowledge, experience, and truthful insight. He forms a symbiotic relationship of mutualism between himself and the patient! We are a team working together on my chronic illness; a rare trait that is seen in the business/government model that is practiced in current health care conglomerations.

My previous pain management Dr (different practice) retired in 2021. I found Dr Petrolla and he is great, plenty of compassion and empathy. As a 65 yr old certifiable orthopedic mess (neck, both shoulders, lower back) his treatments over the last year plus have helped me endure the pain, have a semi-normal life and avoid surgery for now. Strongly recommend him for help with all orthopedic pain management.

Great doctor

Knowledge plus experience equals unrivaled positive treatments for me.

He listens to my problems and takes the time to discuss pain relief options and lets me make the decision. I don't feel rushed when I am there for my office visit.
