He is knowledgeable and very personable. I could not ask for a better experience over that which I received from Dr Kelly. I would absolutely recommend him.

Dr. Kelly is an amazing surgeon, he is honest and straight forward with a great bedside manner. He explains what is going on with my body and how he plans on fixing it and gives me the opportunity to ask questions and make my own decisions about my health care. He has performed 1 minor surgery with no pain and 1 major surgery with minimal pain on me and I am very thankful. After each surgery they keep in close contact with me through the Twistle App which is easy to use and if I have any questions or concerns someone answers back quickly. His staff is always kind and easy to work with and I have never had any troubles getting ahold of someone or making an appointment.

Dr. Kelly is the most amazing doctor. I got hit with the “C” word and I was reeling. He pulled me off the ledge and performed my surgery with professionalism and kindness. He and his staff followed up with me daily and made me feel that I was never alone in dealing with this. HIGHLY recommend. There should be more doctors like Dr. Kelly. He not only cures you but elevates your mood hugely by shouldering most of the emotional and physical ramifications. God bless Dr. Kelly and his staff.

Dr. Kelly is a diamond in the rough. His bedside manner and straight-forward explanations were exactly what I needed. I just had my final surgery and his explanations and their use of Twistle helped to alleviate my stress levels. I highly recommend Dr. Kelly

A fantastic doctor! He took time with us and listened to our questions. Carefully explained the possible treatments and outcomes. Stayed in touch even on his day off.

Dr. Kelly is very direct and very honest. He is truly a gift. He puts the patients needs first. He handled my husbands surgery just perfectly even when others didn’t even want to touch it due to the location and size. He even personally called us with the pathology results. We would trust him over and over again! He is a gifted surgeon!!!

If I could give Dr. Kelly 100 stars I would. I was referred to him due to issues that were concerning to me. My anxiety was extremely high, and he very much took the time to examine and explain to me his findings. He let me explain my symptoms in detail and he did not rush me out the door. I would highly recommended him and his staff.

Excellent Doctor!! He explained the surgery/procedure very well and even before for the initial visit . He and his staff are very kind people, they texted me every day to know how I felt and If I needed something.

If I could I give him more than 5 stars. I was referred to Dr Kelly . I had major issues with diverticulitis in the past year. I was told by several doctors I was not a surgical candidate. I meet with Dr Kelly and he listen to all my concerns and Agreed with me and did the surgery. It has changed my life in so many ways that words can’t thank him enough. He listens , he is very professional and He shows he cares. My surgery went well and recovery. If you ever need surgery I highly recommend Dr Kelly. Also his staff are very caring.

Dr.Kelly and his team are amazing. He makes sure to explain everything in ways for you to understand, even if that means funny drawings lol he’s got a great, confident yet humorous personality , which is nice due to that fact that going to a colorectal office might not be the most comfortable. They communicated often post op to assure I was complication free, comfortable and to answer any questions or concerns. I definitely recommend Dr.Kelly and his staff !

This doctor does an outstanding job and tells you straight up what to expect. He has a great personality. You can for sure count on his team to help you quickly and educate you completely through your journey. The wait times in office were never long and I never felt rushed during the visit either. I can’t say enough of how exceptional Dr Kelly is. My wife is in the process of preparing to have surgery and he has been very informative and aggressive to help see her get the correct treatment and surgery needed. I can’t say enough of his compassion,professionalism and encouragement!

My situation was quite unique; it wasn’t necessarily “cut and dry”. While I had the medical records to substantiate my complaint, it was still different. Dr. Kelly wanted to insure that he was making the best decision for me by performing surgery. While I have excellent insurance, what I needed was paramount and of utmost importance to him. He sent me for another opinion before he proceeded; he wanted to insure that I understood all that would take place and he be able to rest embracing what was best for the whole. After 5 weeks of recuperation, he extraordinary care expertise, I am well on my way to a healthy recovery and better quality of life. He treats me like family.

I would recommend Dr Kelly and his team to anyone who needs to type of help. They are all extremely knowledgeable but talk on “normal folk” levels. He and his team are five stars as far as I am concerned!

Dr Kelly is an excellent surgeon with a pleasant bedside manner. He called me personally several times to talk about my concerns and answer questions. He also gives all his patients his cell phone number to contact him by. I highly recommend him.

His office staff and medical assistants are very friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. And Dr. Kelly’s office is very clean and very comfortable; they do not overbook. The waiting room is warm and inviting supplying coffee and beverages. I love the fact that it is NOT overbooked where it becomes more like a clinic setting (overcrowded waiting rooms) than a one-on-one office visit, and not a long wait time and you’re not rushed out the door. Highly recommend!

I most definitely would recommend Dr. Justin Kelly. He and his office team are professional and caring. I thought the Twistle App was helpful for communication before and after my surgery (could still communicate though the telephone if needed as well). They sent me messages daily through the Twistle App to check on me after my surgery.
