JUSTIN and his entire staff are very professional but also very personable. From the moment you walk into his office you feel welcomed. He is always very eager to remedy whatever dental issue you’re having. He never insists on procedures that are not necessary. I’ve been using Jones family dental for a number of years and will continue to do so. I have referred a number of my friends to him also.

Great

Could not recommend this office enough! I had extreme anxiety walking into my appointment. Dr. Jones and his staff were kind and caring, making me feel completely at ease. I walked in expecting worst-case scenario, but walked out feeling optimistic with a manageable dental plan. I would give 10 stars if I could.

so far so good..friendly staff and helpful..i am sure this dr. and office is gonna be fine for my needs and very professional..pain free..

Carly is a darling. Helped me understand everything about my teeth, and made the visit fun, great assistant.

Dr. Jones is a wonderful Dentist. He explains exactly what he is going to do before he works on your teeth. He has done a great job on my teeth. The staff is very friendly as well.

I have tried at least five dentists so far. Dr. Jones and his associates are the best. The clinic has the best explanations for my concerns. They do not charge for small service including crown replacement. My whole family choose the clinic for last 15 years. I strongly recommend Dr. Jones as your dentist.

My daughter has several crowns on her upper teeth, and while visiting family in Tyler, one of those crowns came off! My family said to call Dr. Jones, and I'm so glad I did. They worked her in that day and could not have been more cordial -- from the phone call to schedule the appointment to Dr. Jones himself. My daughter has special needs, and he was so kind and gentle with her. I'm so grateful, and if/when we move to Tyler, Dr. Jones will definitely be our dentist. Dr. Jones is a phenomenal dentist. He and his staff are genuinely the nicest people. I was very uncomfortable with my dental disposition, (embarrassed frankly), when I began treatment. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Saw me the same day I called. I did not like dentists until meeting Jones Family Dental.

Dr. Jones and staff have been taking care of my teeth for years! They always make sure I am comfortable and know what is going on with the health of my teeth. They get to know you and your family well and feel like a second family!! Highly recommend for great care and friendly staff!

Super friendly staff! It was my first visit, and I will definitely be making it my primary dentist.

I truly love this dental office. They are very nice have done fantastic work on my wife and I anytime we need work done.

Dr Jones is awesome! He always makes me feel comfortable with all my services. His staff is very friendly and happy. If I have one negative thing to say it would be about Betty, she is not willing to work with some patients. She will give you one quote and someone else there will give you a totally different quote. She called my husband and accused me of having an outstanding bill of $9, when I never had a bill there! My husband had a filling done there but he also paid in full! So I'm not sure where she got that $9 from! So to sum it all up, I don't feel comfortable when she gives me a quote, I don't feel that it will be accurate. Dr Jones is awesome! Professional with great chairside manners

Dr Jones does great work. He & staff is very nice.

Had a simple procedure and Dr. Jones and his friendly and courteous staff took very good care of me, explained everything he was doing and why.

I had broken a tooth at work on a Wednesday. I called my regular dentist office and they couldn't see me until Monday. I was referred to Dr. Jones, and he saw me that day. He fixed my tooth, and he will be my new dentist.

This office has friendly staff and provides excellent care. Even when there are questions, everyone is kind and helpful. Dr. Jones is an excellent dentist whom I highly recommend.

Great place to have dental work done. Staff very friendly and will do whatever you need, to take care of your dental health. Painless appointments, painless care, always the best.

This was our first visit to our new dentist. We were very pleased with the care and time taken to have our 6 month check up and cleaning. A very good office….cheerful, well run, and my hygienist was sooo gentle. Just perfect! A very good trip and we are happy that we found Dr. Jones’s office and super staff. Many thanks to you all.

Let me first start with Dr. Jones is an amazing individual and dentist. My issues are only with the front staff. I came in for a military dental screening and was informed I needed several procedures done. So I gave them my insurance information and they explained they would let me know the cost. After 2 weeks I call and say we are still waiting to hear back from my insurance. So I wait another week. I call back for them to tell me it takes up to 30 days. They are not crazy procedures so I called up my insurance company to find out the hold-up. They explained to me that they have already sent the information. Gave me the exact numbers and all the details. So now I'm confused about what is going on. So I call there again and ask to speak with someone about where the miss information is at. Betty says, “well we did not get any information” so I asked her to put this in an email and sent it to me so I can approach my insurance company so they can fix the problem. She said what do I need to send you an email for I just told you what the problem is. Once she started getting rude about It I was done. All I ask for is communication.
