Awesome he is always doing what’s best for me

I had a nice visit. I really appreciate Dr.Bundy.

My visit with Dr. Bundy was great because first of all, he was very nice. He listened to my concerns and gave me several alternatives and allowed me to be involved in decisions about how I wanted to proceed with my care. I will be visiting him in the future.

Very thorough and pleasant

The best.

Fantastic doctor and staff. I highly recommend Dr. Bundy, Dr. Pope, and the other fine doctors at Aiken and Augusta Sports Medicine.

Dr Bundy has seen me through 2 back surgeries and regular office visits since 2014. He is kind and compassionate and definitely a skilled spinal surgeon. I started seeing him when living in Augusta and now drive back from where I moved to Ringgold GA. Would not trust another surgeon with my spine!

Dr Bundy is so humble and is always wanting to hear what you have to say. And he always willing to do what’s best for you! He’s the best doctor that cares for his patients!!!

My appointment was at 9:10. I signed in at 8:55, had neck X-rays, talked with Dr. Bundy, orders rec'd, return appointment made and I was in my car at 0925. Very clean, professional personnel and a great Doctor!!

Dr. Bundy was efficient in explaining my options.

I was really nervous and he made me feel real comfortable and explained everything well. He broke it down to my level so I could understand.

Dr.Bundy is a very down to earth and friendly person. He make u feel comfortable with him and he always have a smile on his face. Dr.Bundy did my neck surgery and everything went smoothly. I would recommend him . I have had concerns about my pain I was feeling and called the office and I was seen quickly . I sat in the waiting room no longer than 10 minutes. Then the PA called me to the back. I waited just about the same in the room. As quickly as Dr. Bundy entered into the room as quickly as he left. Some people may not like that because it may feel as if you are being rushed. But I have no problem with it because I don't like to stay in the doctor office for a long time. I think that's just his personality. But I think that you won't be disappointed. Dr.Bundy is a very down to earth and friendly person. They treat you according to your Source of pay ????. If you are a brown, yellow or black this practice lacks diversity, equality, and true compassion within their medical staff that will give you a feeling of being represented and understood without backlash. I was told to find the 295$ or reschedule when I can come up with all the money. Dr Bundy yelled false accusations at me and Had me held down during a a surgical procedure instead of using a sedative to ease my fears, anxiety and pain preoperative and refused to treat me with something that I was not allergic to. They push lyrica and gabapentin like candy ????He threw a temper tantrum in the operating procedure room and blamed me for it. COVID 19 doesn’t give anyone a free pass to mistreat those looking to a trusted physician for care. They changed the practice name to Augusta-Aiken orthopedics however, the same people work there . Which means they still mistreat minority patients It’s not worth subjecting your loved one to this discriminatory treatment. They treat you according to your Source of pay ????. I have been going to Dr. Bundy since 2018 due to . All of a sudden my appointments with him has been cancelled 3 times. No one on his staff can tell me why( staff is doing what is being told to them to do). I was referred back to Dr. Bundy from the spine and pain specialist he originally referred me to. The treatments I was getting is failing, so I was referred back to Dr. Bundy to possibly discuss surgery. As I stated before, appointments cancelled with no explanation. Dr. Bundy got me a whole lot better without surgery. He’s kind & to the point

It took me along time to write this review. My encounter with Dr. Bundy left me with financial hardship, a permanent injury, and undo stress. Dr. Bundy was incompetent, uncaring, and very unprofessional. I had a work injury back in 2017 that left me in extreme pain from my left hip down to my foot. Dr. Bundy did not do a physical examination or order diagnostic studies on my first visit (as any other knowledgeable doctor would). He did, however, provide me with meds and placed me on work restrictions. After a couple weeks I was still having extreme pain, difficulty walking and my leg would frequently give out causing me to fall, so I returned to him and this time he ordered a MRI and took me off work. Upon return for my MRI results Dr. Bundy told me there were no significant findings on the report. Confused, because of my symptoms, I questioned him about the results. He then told me I had fluid on my SI joint because I was old (41 at the time) and that I just needed joint injections and PT. I started PT and scheduled for the injection as he suggested. During that time, my job was pressuring me for medical documentation to support his taking me out of work. Dr. Bundy refused to fill out their required forms, so I obtained a copy of my records from his office. I was shocked at his documentation. He described me as a 52 y/o and said on examination I did not have pain with walking (one of my main complaints). There were a lot of errors in his documentation. The MRI report showed I had an annular tear and a bulging disc in my left lower back. A quick google search of an annular tear gave an exact description of my symptoms. Upon my next follow-up visit I was instructed by the front desk that I would need to pay for my visit or I could not be seen. They said my workers comp claim was denied (it wasn't). Already having financial strain due to being out of work, I tried to explain my case was still active, but was met with disdain. The clerk refused to verify the case was active and made me to pay to be seen. By the time I went back to see Dr. Bundy I was in tears. I inquired about the findings on my MRI report and he became furious. He asked me "are you a doctor and how would you know how to read the report". He then threatened to fire me as a patient for questioning him. I begged for him not to fire me, as I just needed some relief. He calmed down and assured me I needed to continue with PT and get my injection as scheduled. Around the time for the injection, my appointment was cancelled and I could not get anyone from the office to return my calls to explain why. My PT visits ran out and Dr. Bundy would not provide the agency with a new prescription. He did not provide me with a new MD referral and as a result I could not be seen by another provider without one. Eventually, workers comp sent me for a second opinion and the doctor agreed that my injury and symptoms were not fabricated. I now have permanent foot drop on the left side because Dr. Bundy failed to treat me appropriately. I was depressed for a couple years behind this encounter. Saved my life

Dr. Bundy was so helpful and kind to me. I would recommend him to anyone, but especially someone with back pain. Thankful for his care and his staff.

I was in so much pained I was screaming for the first time in my adult life. I couldn't sit in a chair it was terrible. Then the magician Dr Bundy came in and I begged him to help. My god the manis magic. He got me to surgery within days and from the moment I woke up in recovery,although of course I had pain, I NEVER hurt again as bad as i hurt going in. I recommend him to every one I talk to. Thank you Dr Bundy I was in so much pained I was screaming for the first time in my adult life. I couldn't sit in a chair it was terrible. After being hit by a truck, I had severe pain in my neck and arms. My lawyer referred me to a surgeon for treatment. After the surgery, it was 5 months before I could get back to half days at work. I finally went to Dr Bundy. He told me this surgery would have a longer recovery, since it was a 2 level cervical fusion, where the first was a single level. I had far less pain from the second surgery, and I was back to work full time in 5 weeks. Now, 10 years later, I am still almost completely pain free. Dr. Bundy did surgery on my mom and was very pleasant to talk with and I can tell he loves what he does! Thank You for taking care of my mom!!!

Dr Bundy has been taking care of my back since 2015. He has always been up front about my back issues. I respect him and know that I am in good hands.

I have seen Dr Bundy on one occasion sooo far and he was very pleasant. But I have to applaud his staff...i had to reschedule a couple times due to personal reasons and they have always been available to speak with me; and they are professional& very personable!!
