Dr. Jun Ho Chae

I don´t understand what all these other people are complaining about. Dr. Chae listened to all my concerns and helped me understand my condition. He is an excellent physician.

He seems uninterested in my problems. I’m having severe problems. He said he would order blood tests. Ordered one. Then said “it was fine so I don’t know”. If you don’t know, that’s fine, but refer me to someone who does please. He doesn’t take me seriously and tries to get me in and out in record time however hardly addresses my problems.

I wrote a list of concerns I wanted to address. The nurse told me that the doctor would only review a couple of things and I’d have to make an additional appointment. One of my issues a very bad cough. He said the cough wasn’t bad and would go away on it’s on. By the end of the week the cough worsened and I had to go to urgent care and was placed on several medications. I still need to have my chest x-ray reviewed and have not gone back to my PCP. I don’t think he takes my issues seriously.

What a wonderful doctor! Excellent care!

I was very happy with my previous primary physician at Kaiser Permanente, but she retired a couple of years ago. After this, Dr. Chae was assigned to be my new doctor. I've seen him several times, and every time he would always seem to be in a hurry to just get me out of the office. He acts very friendly, but I never felt like he was ever really listening to any of my problems. Definitely the worst doctor I've had at Kaiser. I'm switching to a new one today.

I am a nurse. I bought a list of questions and felt he brushed me off. One time I was having difficulty breathing through my nose, as I had taken a fall and injured it a while back. I was wondering if there was anything he could do. He said my right side was 99% blocked and the left 95% blocked and suggested I just breath through my mouth. Finally got an appointment with an ENT who said I had broken my nose and needed surgery to correct it. Finally got the relief and breath fine now.
