I’d like to give this place 10 stars but unfortunately that’s not an option. I’m somebody who has a lot of experience with doctors and medical places due to my health condition. They have great staff who are always friendly and passionate about their patients and their health issues. What makes it even better is the doctors at this clinic! Dr. Julio listens carefully to your concerns and remembers his patients which is hard to find nowadays. He treats his patients with dignity and respect. I’d highly recommend you this place if you’re in search for a new primary care physician!

If I could give this 10 stars, I would. I have been to doctors and hospitals in and out this past year up too recently. This is the first time I actually had someone listen to the problems I’ve been having and took proper, quick action to help me out. I couldn’t be more thankful and blessed that I was seeing by knowledgeable and caring doctors.

My fiance's and I came down to the beach, from Tn, after I had triple hernia surgery... The 2nd day, we tested positive for covid. We contacted Dr. VUCEMILOVIC, and he was very helpful, and kind, and with a phone video conversation, he took care of our needs for meds, and advised us in what we need to do to get well. Dr. Julije is an excellent and knowledgeable doctor. He genuinely cares and the staff in his office is a real team.

Best Dr around! He really cares about his patients!

This Doctor refused to make an appointment for already existing patients. The reason was they were not able to come for a visit in 2019 and 2020. Patients had to leave the country and were not able to come back for a whole year and a half due to the pandemic. Apparently that was not reason enough so he refuses to see his patients again. Do Not Waste Your Time!!!! The MOST Unprofessional people i ever had to deal with! Took 2 months of writing emails to still not have an appointment! Leslie called today, to inform me of the price list according to my insurance, without answering any of my questions on my numerous emails. $$$$ is ALL they care!!!!!! If you call they don't know, someone else is supposed to provide those answers. Madison, that missed the first 2(two) emails in a span of a WHOLE month, never called/emailed back either. Very good Doctor. Healed a deep tissue ulcer 3 times faster and at a quarter of the cost Palms of Pasadena said it could be done. Highly recommend.

Been going to Dr. V for years. Love that man. Hate his staff. Not worth the bs. First year there, they wouldn't answer the phone, at all. Now, they tell me I owe a balance but can't tell me why, when I pay a copay every time. The worst. Unprofessional and upsetting. Not worth the headache.

Very caring, informative and takes his time with his patients. Staff is very helpful.

On a number of occasions I told Dr V that I was very concerned that I can no longer stay a wake during the day, while at work. This condition has gotten to the point that I regularly sneak out to my car for a nap, so that co-workers don't see me sleeping in my office. I further told Dr V that I would expect to get fired if I'm not able to correct this problem. Dr V's reply was that if I get fired I should move to Spain since mid-day naps are an accepted part of the work-day. Guess what, I did get fired from a deep 6 digit salaried position! This is scary since Dr V is very aware of my history of depression. Nice work Doc!

I have been a patient of this practice for more than 10 years. On multiple occasions, they have made it extremely difficult for me to get my prescription, that AS A DOCTOR, knows I cannot go without. I called last week and asked for a refill. No return call. I call today and they put me on hold for 16 minutes. I call back and talk to Julije HIMSELF and he is rude, will not assist me and then HANGS UP ON ME!!!!!!!!!!!!! What kind of doctor does that? My husband was given a script by Dr. Vucemilovic for some imaging, which was performed on July 6th. Today I called Dr. V's office to get the result, as it's been more than three weeks. The receptionist told me Dr. V. had not had the opportunity to review the report yet, but my husband should make an appointment to come in and review the results with the doctor. "Why," I asked her, "should he do that when we don't even know if my husband has any condition that justifies an office visit?" She offered no good explanation, so I tried another angle: "Can my husband come by the office and pick up a copy of the report?" "No...not until the doctor reviews it..." "So when can he review the report?" "Sorry, but I have no idea..." Then it seems I said the wrong thing: "But whenever I have tests thru my gyno, they will review in 48 hours." At that point, the receptionist blew up: "If you're not satisfied with our service, you can make an appointment with the doctor to come in and complain." CLICK! Did this woman just hang up on me? Shocked, I called right back: "Like I told you a moment ago, I can't tell you when Dr. V can have a chance to review your husband's report...he's very busy!" I countered, "But it's been three weeks and we're still not sure whether it will be another day, another week...or another month! How can we deal with that?" CLICK! ...a second hang-up. Suffice to say, there won't be a third, nor will there be an appointment - never again. The rudeness of this woman is unmatched in the medical world in my experience. We've had the privilege of watching Dr. Vucemilovic provide top-tier care for one of our very special clients. Dr V is readily available, always listens to your concerns and has kept me healthy since we moved into this area. So glad we found him!

This is truly the best Doctors office around. Dr julio and his wife Dr V have both seen me and my family as patients for over 10 years. He is a specialist in wound care as well and helped me when no one else could on a hedger incident with my thumb. He has a great sense of humor which helped with that ordeal. They even saw me and i just paid cash when my insirance lapsed between jobs. I recommend them to absolutely anyone. They really put the family in family practice! Very knowledgable and caring doctors that take time with patient. Staff are friendly and competent. They will make same day appointments when needed and super accommodating. Have been seeing them as primary care for many years now.

Love it - Mr. and Mrs. Vucemilovic are two of the most caring doctors I have ever met. They will treat you with respect and provide great medical care. I will never go anywhere else - my whole family comes here now.

Both Dr. Julio and his wife are really friendly and caring. They spend extra time to explain any issues and help find a good action plan. My whole family goes there now. They are awesome and i wouldn't recommend a better practice out there. Dr Julio is an expert in wound care as well which helped to just stick with one doctor with a staph infection after a cancerous mole removed. DR V and his ARNP Samir are the best around they are always available hands down the best PCP...

Dr V takes his time with you. Staff is friendly and Doc tries to save you money where possible. Very happy with him and his staff.

Always on top of my health

Dr. Vucemilovic and some of his staff are able to speak Croatian. I took my mother to see him, as she does not speak English. His geriatric care was phenomenal. He explained everything to her so she knew what’s going on with her health. I look forward to having Dr. V take care of my mother and having peace of mind that she is in good hands.
