Dr. Julie M Stevens

Dr Stevens is a mess. Her office is unorganized and she never keeps appointments. She loses paperwork all the time. I received calls many times that she couldn't make it to my appointment and would need to reschedule. I had even drove 45 minutes to make it to appointments only to have her not show up and a nurse would tell me to come back later. Dr. Stevens never showed attentiveness in appointments and didnt care about my health. She prescribed me medicine and gave me instructions to use it, and to see her in a couple months as a check up. AFTER SIX MONTHS of "moving appointments around" she was shocked when I told her i've been taking it, as if she had no idea she ever prescribed me something. I'm not happy with her service at all. 0/10

Dr Stevens does not listen to you when you are bringing up serious issues with her, her staff is always switching systems, and they can't take care of prescription refills in a proper amount of time. Dr Stevens was late several times during their earliest available appointment and had to do telemed because she "didn't get out of bed on time". Her office staff is rude, they blame you when you bring up an issue on their end, and they don't send referrals correctly and or on time. And their office rudely called a specialists office I was trying to get an appointment to say they weren't "willing to schedule me an appointment" because Dr Stevens office had incorrect insurance information from 2020 when doing a referral in March of 2021. I do not recommend at all. Looks at her google reviews as well.

Listened to me and even took extra time for my care. I've never had such an understanding doctor

Very intuitive and took her time as a new patient to listen to what my concerns were . Compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. As I have witnessed, she will take care of the sick without judging them or their lifestyles. Some health care providers are not like that. She is.
