I became suspicious of the fact that I was being told my son needed fillings every other time we came in for a cleaning. The last time I was told he needed fillings, I scheduled my son with a different dentist to try and gain a 2nd opinion. I didn't tell the new dentist about the prior diagnosis as I wanted a completely unbiased opinion. My son has ZERO cavities and no reason to have fillings done (i.e., no reason for anesthesia or unnecessary dental work). I would not recommend this office.

I have been to this office once and will never take my children there again. I normally don't have too much of a problem with the staff taking my 4 year old back to be examined without me there... that is, unless the dentist never comes out and introduces herself. And then to wait 30 minutes, be taken into a meeting room (still no dentist), and have the dental hygienist who never introduced herself explain the work he needed? Dr. Russo finally came out as I was leaving... unacceptable.

GARBAGE Recently, they have been having billing problems, they quote me one thing and then tell me I have to pay more because they miscalculated. It has been an on going problem. Now there is a new doctor and you get scheduled only with her without notice. The doctor doesn't explain anything anymore, now its the nurses. appointments are several months away for a filling. just got another bill that I had no idea it was coming.. This is the last time, I will pull my 3 children from her practice
