I was thankful that Dr.Reddan got me in the next day after I called . My other ENT was booked solid at the Coon Rapids location . I have a very long history of Ear Nose and Throat issues lots of surgeries over the last 40 plus years . Dr. Reddan listened to my history I gave her and was very gentle when working in my ear. Sadly my hearing has gone down considerably but the pain I was experiencing is 80% better than before my visit .

I was very satisfied with her care. She is thorough, knowledgeable and caring.

Appointment was very swift and easy. A solution was created almost immediately. Very understanding

Dr Reddan was great! I feel she listened to my concerns/symptoms and she called me at home to discuss options and told me to call her if any questions come up. I would see her again for sure!

I was seen promptly and she addressed all my concerns.

Dr. Reddan showed me where she would take the tests, had me feel the area. Checked ears, throat,nasal regions. Thorough and efficient. Very calming personality. Going back to have procedure done.

Doctor checked past records to help determine what had already been done to solve dizziness issues.

Dr. Reddan listened to my concerns, ordered the proper tests for confirmation and also explained what was happening and solutions. Very pleasant to talk to, and I didn't feel like she was rushing me along.

She took pains of exploring and doing everything in her capacity , to know what’s really behind my dizziness , cleaning, vacuuming my ears and she’s right, today I feel very well, the dizziness is gone! Friendly receptionist, short waiting time and dr.Reddan was professional and talked me through the procedure I was having. So far extremely pleased and would highly recommend.

This was my first visit with Dr Reddan but I would not hesitate to go back if needed. Dr Reddan was very knowledgeable, caring, and very professional. She knew exactly what needed to be done and did it perfectly without hesitation.

Dr Reddan is a fantastic doctor. She's listens and answers all your questions. She's very theral in what the issues are and treats the issues professionally .

I had wax build up that plugged my hearing aids. Dr. Julie Reddan was very personable, friendly, and address my concern. She removed the wax from both ears in minutes. I'm very pleased . I recommend her .Thank you DR Reddan.

I visited Dr Reddan for tinnitus in one of my ears. After reviewing my hearing test information, she took time to go over the test results in detail with me and provide answers to all of my questions about my prognosis. She was incredibly helpful and professional.

My visit was pleasant. The staff was professional and the ENT specialist answered all my questions. I didn’t like having to wait a long while to be seen, luckily I wasn’t busy I hope it was just one of those days instead of a regular occurrence. Overall a fine experience. Dr. Reddan always does a great job addressing all my issues!

I had nose issues and Dr. Reddan told me the whole procedure and had a calming confidence about her. I had the procedure and all is well. I would highly recommend ENT Specialty Care.

she has a memory problem. She did surgery on my sinus and for 2 years in a row she asked me "who did the surgery in your nose". I think she should write things down. I decided to go to another doctor in the group and it was within 6 months and when I wanted to get my prescription for nose drops filled she declined....saying I haven't seen her in over 2 years. I saw someone in her same group who did a hearing test and checked out my sinuses... this was not good enough...I had to see her. I got my family doctor to fill it. It was an over-the -counter drug but using my insurance was cheaper. she claimed that the prescription was not filled for the last 2 years. I had the prescription filled 4-21-20 Her records are so inaccurate.
