I have 3 boys, 12, 9 and 7. They have a been with Dr. Dekle since birth. She makes sure to answer all your questions and takes amazing care of my kids. I would recommend her or any of the doctors in her group to anyone.

Dr. Dekle is a great doctor. Very attentive, caring and devoted to her patients. She recognized my daughters symptoms within minutes and took care in prescribing the right medication. Great doctor totally recommend.

My son Jacob had an infection on his toe that required an antibiotic and antibiotic cream. Dr Deckle never called in the prescription and it was the night before Thanksgiving. I had to call the emergency service for the antibiotic to be called in. When it was called in, the doctor called the antibiotic into the wrong pharmacy (even though I gave him the phone number and address) and the cream in to an entirely different pharmacy that was closed. We waited for over an hour for a 5 min rushed visit with the doctor. You can tell that the doctor was exhausted from seeing patients, which I can empathize with her fatigue, but it still does not take away the expectation of a quality doc visit. Doctor Deckle is just so thorough and talks to the children in a manner they understand. As a parent, it is very important that your children are treated with care and respect and she goes above and beyond to do that and more.

Dr. Dekle is just amazing! Found her on google and made sure she was in network when I had my first. She welcomed my second born with open arms. What I love about this pediatrician is she doesn’t “over-treat”. She actually assesses my kids, and treats my kids as individuals, versus using blanket fixes for every little thing. She addresses all of our concerns and doesn’t rush through appointments. She is definitely a trust worthy pediatrician and a wonderful one at that! Probably why she (and the rest of their practice) have been doing this together for so long. If she’s not available at the time and date we need, one of her colleagues is available and they’re all fantastic. They’ve all been practicing together for years so there’s comfort there as well. New patient appointment, went horribly. These people are so incompetent that they told me 11 am on a Monday and made the appointment at 1030 am. I called to make the appointment on a friday. On Monday morning I called and they put me on hold for over 30 min on the phone. Then I tried to fill the paperwork online on Monday it gave me an error. When I showed up the day of the guard upfront had me over 30 min upfront waiting looking for the appointment on the computer and didn’t bother to try and help. Then he told me I came in at the wrong time and that my daughter wouldn’t be seen he was also extremely rude saying I was late and that it was my fault! Didn’t even bother letting me inside to speak to anyone. He acted as if the office people are perfect and never make mistakes making appointments. Luckily, I went to another doctor which saw my daughter same day no problem and I had great service. She is by far the best pediatrician my son could have. We have had our many share of visits to her throughout these 7 years and she has always been so willing to help us get to the root cause of his issues. She listens to your concerns and has a great way with kids. My son loves her.

Bay care Health Hub is a beautiful bldg.Everything about this place is great. Their very courteous and caring ,and the doctors especially DR.Julie Dekle , is great with children.So if you want top notch medical care check out Baycare medical group ,you wont be sorry. thank you

Dr. Dekle is a outstanding pediatrician and wonderful person. She has been our provider since our daughter's birth in 2008.

We were transferring from our pediatrician who had retired to this practice. I did everything over the phone for my three children who are all special needs. Their insurance was approved both the primary and their secondary and when I came in 30 minutes early with the first child, I was told that our secondary insurance was not approved. Three different people came and talk to me in like the hallway/lobby area. By this point we were 15 minutes late for our 1:30 PM appointment. I asked if we could go ahead and see the doctor and deal with the insurance afterwards. When we saw the doctor she told me that we would have to be quick because I was so late getting into the appointment. I was not even going to talk about the insurance with her but I did explain and she quickly told me she had nothing to do with the insurance and I told her I would not have been late to the appointment because I had everything done and I arrived 30 minutes early. At this point I was feeling very uncomfortable and I felt very rushed and how do you explain a child who has several special needs and nine different specialist he sees in a quick overview? She asked me why we were leaving our pediatrician and I told her he had Retired and that we had an excellent relationship with him to the point I had his home and cell number. She quickly said in a snarky way “well I’m not giving you my home or cell number” And I replied “I am not asking you for it” and I replied “I am not asking you for it“ She did not interact with my son at all and she did not act like she wanted us as patients. I deal with nine different specialist son that we have become personal friends with over the years because of shared interests and their personality. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in a doctors office in my life. I almost started crying because I realized how amazing our last pediatrician was and how I probably will never find that kind of support again. Not that I need someone to hold my hand every day I’m pretty self-sufficient but I had a pediatrician that I could call their office and things were dealt with in a timely manner with referrals and other things. I would never ever recommend anyone especially someone with a child with special needs to go to this practice. I felt humiliated in the lobby and it just continued. Ironically when I was leaving I went by the front desk to see if it had been fixed and whether I needed to Pay a co-pay if they did not take my second insurance. The person at the front desk very quietly told me that I was correct and they did take both insurances. After all that big argument and and very public Discussion of my children/their benefits then I’m quietly told I’m correct. It was just way too much I am appalled by how I was treated and how my son was treated. There was no respect there was no compassion at all. I didn’t even get an apology about the whole insurance thing which set the stage for a disastrous office visit. Love love love Dr. Deckle! But the answering system is absolute TERRIBLE!!!! There has been several times we’ve have spent the entire day calling and nobody answers. Will probably switch to Watson clinic if this continues.

Everyone from start to finish are amazing! Dr. Dekle is my son’s doctor. My son is a 14yr old Autistic boy and she was excellent interacting with him and including him in the examination. I wish she could be my son’s Dr. forever. Very clean facility and professional staff.

Dr. Dekle is hands down the best doctor I have ever visited. As a first time mom, she has been so empathetic, kind and loving towards my newborn son and myself. She takes the time to talk through everything and really makes you feel heard. Her staff is also kind and on top of everything! Absolutely wonderful experience.

Dr Dekle is excellent. My child was very distraught and she talked them down. Did not get annoyed or short at all and patiently explained the reasons why she needed my child to do what was asked and the importance of the procedure. I was very grateful to her. She is a superb paediatrician. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Dekle has been our pediatrician for 13 years. She is always kind, gentle and understanding of my children and their feelings - even going as far as getting her own flu shot with my daughter one year! I highly recommend her as a knowledgeable and trustworthy pediatrician.

Dr. Dekle provides excellent quality care for our three children. She is extremely knowledgeable and considerate.

Our boys have been patients of Dr. Dekle for years and she is personable, patient and firm. I love her demeanor and she explains things clearly and tries to be proactive vs reactive. ie: Our son's annual allergies. She's come up with a plan to hopefully preempt it this Spring. Love her!

I love coming here, my son has been going to Dr. Dekle since he was about 3 months old. Shes very kind and everytime we leave my son has a smile on his face. Dr. Deckle is wonderful and the entire staff at Bay Care Pedatricis is wonderful. Two of my children have needed to be seen quickly on two different days, I was able to get appointments within an hour of calling. Dr Deckle is easy to talk to and I never feel rushed through the appointment.

Dr Dekle was great! As first time parents, we had questions and are learning and dr made sure she reviewed everything in great detail - I value a lot!!!
