As a female urologist, she can be a disappointment to female patients that may look to her within a specialty dominated by male doctors. Excellent physician . She is on top of everything that is necessary to run an effective practice. As a patient all my questions are answered . Terrific bedside manner.

Dr. Chacko is the worst urologist I have ever seen. I do not recommend her. She is hostile and unprofessional. I can not recommend her to anyone.

Was making an appointment with the receptionist, my insurance is not accepted here but still wanted to make an appointment but receptionist hung up before I could ask for the appointment anyways.

I found Dr. Chacko to be very professional, and kind. I would recommend her to any woman who is in need of a Urologist,

Dr. Chacko is a great physician who we are lucky to have in our community. She is super smart, thorough and kind. She performed two procedures for me and my experience with her all the way through was positive.

Dr. Chacko guided me through a long and successful ordeal with bladder cancer. She is obsessively thorough, experienced, highly skilled and communicates frankly and effectively. My entire family is profoundly appreciative of her expertise and commitment.

Julie Chacko did the surgery but did not get my stone. I ended up having to come back to get surgery again with a different doctor, who was better skilled.

Unbelievably rude staff. There was a misunderstanding with our insurance, and rather then provide alternatives or attempt to help us, we received nothing but aggressive push-back and attempts to disengage from the conversation. The staff are extremely rude and stand offish. I came in to early to wait to be seen. The receptionist wanted to schedule me in and i said i would wait in case of cancellation or availability. She asked my name i gave it. She asked when was my last appointment. I told her this was my first time. That is whe Things went really south. She stopped typing and said "Dr. Chacko would never see a walk in as a first time patient." I asked if I could be called if there was a cancellation and she said "I could schedule me to see Chacko in May. I asked if there was any way i could wait. She answered "I would have to talk to my manager but no." This is by no means a denigration to the Doctors but instead to the managemant. She should work in a lab. No people skills. Nightmare md. Total nastiness. My urologist retired and I inherited her. Not! Would rather walk barefoot on glass than have to come back to her office.

Extremely knowledgable and helpful. I had a TURP in 2011 with another surgeon which was only partially successful. Dr Chacko performed a second TURP in January 2016 and it was totally successful. I also suffer from low grade prostate cancer (3/3). We decided together in 2012 that watchful waiting was better than surgery. Four years later, my cancer has not grown and at my age, surgery is no longer an active option. I would recommend her to everyone!
