Excellent service, as normal. Kennedy is an absolute superb technician that takes very great care of my dental cleaning at every visit. An absolute professional and delight to talk to. Thank you Dr. Ball and team.

When you think of emergency services you expect to pay what you can and get billed for the rest, like you would with the ER and an ambulance. Their "emergency dentist" claim is disingenuous and misleading.

Prompt, excellent service.

I wrote this previous review years ago and I still ???? stand by this. The staff has been there since I took my kids many many years ago and have watched my kids grow and have treated them as such. Julie Ball’s dental office is the best I have ever been to. To the moment you walk in so inviting to the smiling staff right when you walk in to the dental assistants and dentist herself. My kids get so nervous going to the dentist but here they get treated like family ♥️ Helen Hodges

Everybody at Dr. Ball's office is wonderful. Dr. Ball always takes the time to listen and explain and 9x out of 10, I get a call to come earlier than my scheduled appointment, if I am able to, which I appreciate; especially in this day and age where medical appointments seem to be months out. Just go!!

All of the people that work there are very nice and polite. Dr. Ball is very personable. Over the past 8 years that she has been my dentist, I've been very pleased with the service that I've been provided. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ball to anyone looking for a great dentist.

SHE RUNS A GREAT OPERATION !!!

She did a wonderful job didn’t feel no pain She talk to me the whole time letting me know what she was doing and asking several times if I was ok, She told me to wave my hand if I needed her to stop, never had to wave my hand. I am very scare of the dentist but today I have a new felling. The Team was amazing.

I’ve been coming to Bluewater Dental Centre for years. Every six months for a cleaning & check up. The entire staff is welcoming and very professional. I always get a reminder of my upcoming appointments.The hygienist was amazing, my teeth have never been cleaner & super smooth. Thanks for providing a sanitary and friendly environment for a great dental exam and very thorough cleaning. Robin greeted me when I arrived and was very helpful in providing the forms to sign. Kennedy did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr Ball was friendly and thorough as always and made sure I had no issues or concerns. Thank you all!

I’ve been with Dr Ball for about 10 years now and I love her and her team. I always recommend her to all my friends and family. Dr Ball is very easy going and funny. Always been comfortable sitting in the chair from cleanings to fillings.

Everytime I come here the staff is wonderful from the front desk to the Dental Staff! I highly recommend anyone looking for the best, look no further than Dr. Ball and her staff!

Best little dentist in Virginia Beach.

Excellent again!!!i had a crown go loose and Dr. Ball was able to see me same day! Super friendly staff and professional. Crown fixed perfect! Two thumbs up!! I highly recommend Bluewater Dental!

Dr Ball's business was neat and clean. All of her staff were friendly and polite. No question was too silly and were answered immediately. Dr Ball was gentle and informative. I will definitely be going there again.

Unsatisfactory customer service on MULTIPLE occasions the last twelve months. Without even providing a reason — let alone an apology — representatives would callously cancel appointments only two workdays in advance...for appointments that were scheduled months prior. Who cares what planning or hurdles patients have gone through to make sure they can make their appointments, right? This happened at least twice (including at least once pre-COVID). And if your appointment is not cancelled, it has been the norm for us to have to wait more than an hour **once actually almost two hours** past the scheduled time. And that’s including when we’re probably the first patients of the morning! Fortunately there are other dental clinics in the area...Oh wait, this clinic even has a challenging time sending requested dental records anywhere else, even when the request was submitted weeks in advance, and even when multiple follow-up calls and voicemails were made as well. I am very disappointed. The personnel on the clinic were unfriendly and hard to deal with them. This was my first visit to this clinic and I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone. This is my old dentist office but new dentist. The staff as well as Ms. Ball (dentist) gave great service. Not only did they take care of my present issue but also gave me a referral to an oral surgeon and made the appointment while I was there. I love bringing my kids here. They do an amazing job and are really friendly. My son loves that they take their time. My middle child, who was terrified of the dentist before coming here, loves getting her teeth cleaned. The made her feel comfortable and are very professional. Dr. Ball and her staff are amazing! I have major anxiety about dentist visits, but they always but me at ease and make me feel welcomed. I am going to be so sad to move out of the area because I will have to find a new dentist, and I hope and pray they will be half as good as Bluewater Dental!

Dr. Ball is very good she wants everything to be perfect. The staff is fantastic at calming you down if you become anxious or upset for any reason during the appointment. I highly recommend her.

Our dentist had closed his practice and I contacted Dr. Ball because we had a family member with a tooth ache, she was able to get her in the same day with a referral to an oral surgeon, cleaning and exam.
