Dr. Juliana Williamson

Lacks compassion, rushed, abrupt, does not go over things / explain or discuss treatment plans or options.

She does not have good bedside manner. She is also very upset if you give her information in the wrong order and really does not want to know "the story" and cuts you off when you try to explain something. With the second visit she was inflamed when I tried to explain my feelings of anger and annoyance of how I felt with the first visit and she yelled, called the office manager and told me I had issues. Truth be told I did have issues with the way I was treated

Dr. Williamston sent my 85 year-old father to the UT emergency room surrounded by contagious (COVID-19) patients where he sat until 2:00 AM only to find that his situation was not an emergency. If she had been more compassionate, she could have at least called ahead so he could have been seen immediately. He had been quarantined since the beginning of the pandemic, and now he and my mother are terrified they might have contracted the virus from those in the crowded emergency room.

She is a great doctor. She showed interest in my problems, she takes time to get to know you.

I was happy with my visit. She listened to my problems and went over my medicines and gave me good advise.

She has zero interest in anything you have to say or contribute. She fixates on one issue and belittles you over it to the exclusion of anything else you might be seeing her for. She has nothing positive to say at all, all of her comments are strictly negative. If you try to explain something, she shuts completely down.
