I had a 2pm preliminary visit which I had to book out 2 months in advance. I arrived to my appointment at 2pm after fighting to find parking for 15 min. When confirming my information with the receptionist she verified my phone number and it was incorrect and whoever made my appt. made it for 145 but wrote 2pm on my appointment card. I didnt get an appointment confirmation call because she also noted my phone number incorrectly in the system. Dr. Ash refused to see me because the 15 min error.
