Dr. Stanford has been my primary care physician for almost 2 years. I have complete confidence in her high standards and top shelf care. I am grateful to be her patient.

Dr. Stanford has been a real lifesaver for our family. She's coordinated care with our specialists and spotted issues that other doctors have missed. She's a thoughtful, creative problem solver and a kind empathic listener. She's addressed several long standing health problems that have saved us time, money and heartache. For example, one of my kids was being treated for asthma that never seemed to improve. When we switched to Dr. Standford's practice, she quickly figured out that an allergy was setting off the asthma symptoms and referred us to her allergist for treatment. Addressing the allergy has completely resolved the asthma symptoms and my kid who used to miss weeks of school every year because of chronic respiratory illness has not missed any school this year. I cannot recommend Dr. Standford highly enough. As a bonus, her assistant is also wonderful.

I have complex medical issues, and I was really struggling with coordinated care between all of my specialists. Dr. Stanford's practice has been life-changing for me. She is responsive, insightful, and resourceful. She's improved my health and my total overwhelm in navigating all of my medical issues. Finally, I have clarity and a trusted, responsive doctor who truly cares about me. That's priceless, even for very cost-sensitive me.

Worth. Every. Penny. My husband and I recently moved to Arlington through a corporate relocation and my biggest fear was that I would not be able to find a good primary doctor to handle my extremely complicated medical history. Dr. Stanford provides absolutely first rate care, and she is patient, kind, and conscientious. My son takes medication at school, and Dr. Stanford's help has been integral to ensuring that the school always has updated paperwork so that there is not an interruption in his care. We would be lost without her.

Greetings. Here's just one of my Dr. Stanford experiences. Six weeks ago I was awakened at 2:13am by a seriously painful right hip. There was no position I could get into that gave me an escape. I treated it gingerly for three weeks and then went to see a local doctor. He asked questions, took xrays, diagnosed me with arthritis and sent me to physical therapy. The exercises were quite painful and did not help. There was talk of "a new hip" which was very disturbing to me. I set up a virtual visit with Dr. Stanford, and based on my descriptions she determined I was having an attack of bursitis. She prescribed Aleve and a lidocaine patch. Four hours after following her instructions, my pain receded, and two days later I am now free of treatment. No new hip, no PT, no MRI, and I'm working properly again. Thank you Dr. Stanford. Dr Stanford has provided care for my children for many years, and I am now delighted she is also my physician. Her new practice is wonderful. I feel very fortunate to have her as my doctor.

I had seen Dr. Stanford a number of times over the years when my normal primary care Doc was not available, those encounters had always been professional and efficient, and I had begun to consider if I should switch to her as my primary care doc. When I discovered she was hanging out her own shingle, I jumped at the chance and signed up under her concierge program. This is something I never thought I would do, by nature I am reluctance to seek out a physician, putting off care out of what I can only attribute to some kind of irrational fear. My first visit with her was for a full physical, something I had been putting off. She was simply fabulous, listened to my concerns, completely putting me at ease. She took her time going over my history, my family’s history, helped me prioritize what preventative care I should take on. I think we were together for almost an hour, unheard of these days. Dr. Stanford has been the physician for our entire family for the past 12 years. I've had tele visits with Dr Stanford. She is great, patient and gets "to it" her staff is so nice and kind. I am grateful I found such a group of empathetic ladies

Dr. Stanford is an excellent doctor. My family has been seeing her for over ten years. She is great with children of all ages and has helped me with several chronic conditions. I most appreciate how well she listens and her understanding of a wide range of medical issues, but when my child was little I was also very impressed with how quickly and painlessly she administered the strep test. I recommend her to everyone with no reservations.

I have been coming to this practice for 5 years. Dr. Stanford manages many of my chronic conditions as well as referring out to specialists when issues are better treated by a specialist. She listens well, and I feel very comfortable with her as my physician. I like their open access scheduling policy. I was a bit concerned when the practice became managed by Privia but so far I haven't had any issues.

OMG, this doctor is on the moon. I have very severe insomnia and was ten minutes late for my appointment. I would have been five minutes late except that there was a road block due to construction right in front of her building and I had to sit in a traffic jam looking right at the front of her building for five minutes before I could enter the clinic parking lot. I sign-in ten minutes late and Dr. Stanford won't see me. What kind of sloppy operation is this? I am a very busy professional and I do not appreciate being treated like a grade school child who is late coming-in from the playground after recess. Grow up Julia Stanford. I am changing my primary doctor as a result of this silliness. What ever happened to PATIENT care? This woman is running a body shop and little else.

She was recommended to me by a friend, but I have been extremely dissapointed with her. I had a couple of questions regarding my lab resutls, she never called me back. Instead a nurse called after two days and I could not discuss my concenrs with the doctor at all. The office is very lousy. I had to ask 3 times to get my lab results by fax and it took them 8 days to send them. Will never go there again.

Dr. Stanford is a very caring and competent physician. She answers any questions I have in easy to understand terms. I trust her!! I always feel like she listens to me and my concerns. The staff at premier primary care physicians are FANTASTIC. Easy to get an appointments. Good follow up when I have questions when I don't have an appt. I highly recommend Dr. Stanford!!

She is professional with a good beside manner. I enjoy her interactions with my daughter and would recommend her to anyone interested in finding a pediatrician. I was initially attracted to their practice due to their all-female doctors. Once I had my child, adding Dr. Stanford as our pediatrician was an easy choice. Even my husband sees a female doctor in their practice. I appreciate their committment to 24-hour service and have never had to wait more than 30 minutes for one of the doctors in their practice to return my call, even outside office hours. Given that my daughter was often sick during her first year, I appreciated the ability to call their practice in the middle of the night, if needed be. During the one call in which our daughter's sickness had reached an unbearable level, Dr. Stanford told us to visit the emergency room and even called ahead to let them know we were coming. Talk about great service!
