I had a visit scheduled for tomorrow afternoon, but they called me last minute (just a few minutes ago around 4PM when offices are about to close) to tell me she won't see me bc she won't be in town for the date of my delivery so she won't see me at all. Now I have to find another doctor who will see me last minute since I had to ask off work to even get this appointment. Mind you, there are doctors who take on patients even if they don't see them through to the birth. So unprofessional and greedy (they mentioned billing and payment). Also, I checked her rating on my healthcare plan's website...she has a 2.4 rating.

The staff and the doctor are very kind and welcoming.

I love Dr. Chowdhury! She is so welcoming and funny. She put me at ease and that's not always easy to do. I went to her under a very stressful situation and she handled everything so well. Her medical expertise is excellent. Their billing is upfront. The office is small and not overcrowded. It feels very personal. I highly recommend!

Dr. Chowdhury has a great bedside manner, but unfortunately my husband and I could not look past the extremely unprofessional front office staff. They only accept a handful of insurance plans, and our insurance company indicated that they were in network, but refusing to honor the contract with the insurance company. When I tried to do self-pay, they refused to accept self pay basically because I have insurance. Despite my insurance company trying to call them back in January to get them to be in network (and them refusing), the office staff claims to have never spoken to or heard of my insurance company. If you're looking for high quality customer service, look ELSEWHERE. Don't waste your time. I left this extremely stressful situation without paying a cent and have already scheduled an appointment with a different doctor.

Dr. Chowdhury has excellent bed side manner while being extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Also, I absolutely adore the clinic’s assistant. She’s always nice and understanding. Thank you for the experience!

Dr. Chowdhury and her staff are so incredibly nice and made me feel so comfortable! Only thing is new patients may not know they need to wear a mask before they get there, so including that in the appointment reminders would be great.

Rude front desk rejected my insurance when they are in network. Absolutely ridiculous!

I was notified that I am being charged a “covid no show fee” from this doctor when I have not been here in years, because this doctor is not in network with my insurance. I contacted the doctor and kindly asked her to remove the charge as it must’ve been an error and was told that she will not remove it, and furthermore was accused of making an appointment that I did not make. Now her office harasses me daily to pay a fee that I do not owe. Do not go here. This is just extremely unprofessional and not good practice.

Great office staff! Dr. Chowdhury has an awesome personality, she is efficient, she listens and overall is a great doctor.

Dr Chowdhry is very competent, kind, and compassionate.

We all know that going to the gynecologist is not the no one's list of favorite things to do but Dr. Chowdhury makes it as pleasurable as it can be. She is very engaging and easy to talk to. Because she is a woman/mother she understands what we have to deal with. The appointment goes smoothly. No long waits. No going from room to room. Her nurse is great, it was like talking to one of my friends. Unfortunately I can't remember her name. I truly can't say anything bad about the Dr. Chowdhury or her staff. Very professional and easy to work with. Extra grateful to have found a good match for an obgyn doctor. Staff is very nice too which is important, especially these days.

I was definitely nervous with a new doctor. Dr.Chowdhury and her assistant made me feel very comfortable. Dr. chowdhury heard my problems and took action immediately. It was a overall great experience. 10/10!!!!!

Dr. Chowdhury makes you feel comfortable. Her treatment worked for me really well. I could see significant improvement with her treatment immediately. Would definitely recommend her!

First time here and she was great. Very personable. No matter how many times you’ve been to the OBGYN it doesn’t get any less uncomfortable but she did a great job making me feel alright!

Dr. Chowdhury was fantastic! She made me feel comfortable, heard, and understood. I was able to get a next-day appointment with her which was a plus. Other OBGYNs in the area didn't have availability until a month out. Their office receptionist was also very lovely and accomodating!

She is amazing and caring. Always smiling, warm and hospitable.

I was hesitant about a new doctor but when I say the office staff to the doctor made me feel welcomed the moment I entered the office. Found my new gyno! I was very nervous since it was my first time. The receptionist (I wish I knew her name) she is friendly and makes you feel at ease. Dr. Julia Chowdhury also does the same thing as well! They are professional and take their time to answer any questions. I will be telling my friends and family about this place!

I’ve never had a OBGYN as amazing as Julia Chowdhury. Her bedside manner humane and compassionate, empathetic and supportive. She always makes me feel comfortable and is always so informative. I wish I can take her with me when I move to WA. She is genuinely a wonderful DR. I recommend her to all my gal pals and family.

I have been coming here for years and will continue. The staff is great and pleasant to work. Dr. Chowdhury is a rare doctor these days that cares about you as a person. You are not just a number. They receive 10 stars from me.

I came for my first Pap smear and was feeling very nervous but from the introduction with Marissa to meeting with Dr. Chowdhury they made me feel more and more at ease. She was kind, non judgmental even when my anxiety got the best of me and has an energy that completely changes a room. I would recommend her to anyone especially to mom’s with young daughters. I’m not leaving a review because they ask you to on your way out but because how much I appreciate her, the staff and her service. I mean…..WHERE DO I START!!! from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The lady that works the desk is AMAZING! We had a great conversation while she was taking my vitals, her smile, her energy and her professionalism is top notch! Dr. Chowdhury is AAAAMMMAAZZZIIINNNGGG when I tell you that i’ve never had a doctor come in with a smile and excited just to have me as her patient, I mean it. We literally talked and laughed throughout the entire process!! Everything was painless and I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO COMFORTABLE at an OBGYN until now. Dr. Julia was extremely prompt, friendly, and I felt very trusted and safe in her care. She’s has a very warm and welcoming personality, and is absolutely awesome. I am glad I chose her to be my physician. I would definitely come back and refer her to others.

First time going to a gynecologist and was extremely nervous but Julia was so down to earth and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. Didn't feel like my health was put on the back burner or that this office is just money hungry, they truly care about your well being. The front desk was also sweet and helpful when I call or go in for appointments. It's also extremely affordable for those without insurance. Hi i had a really good experience. The doctor and staff was really sweet and welcoming. The doctor was very patient and listened to my concerns carefully.

Dr. Chowdhury is great. Her bedside manner is terrific. She always makes me feel comfortable and answers any questions I have.

Worst experience I have ever had at a doctors office...i paid $130 to talk to Julia for 10 minutes at my FIRST pregnancy check up. The girl at the front desk did not seem to happy to be working where she was working, and almost seemed annoyed at the questions i was asking. Very rude and unprofessional

Dr spent less than 15 minutes with her and did not perform an exam of any kind. Charged $115 up front even with proof of insurance. Office staff made it clear they do not take the steps to bill the insurance company per usual procedure with the majority of doctors offices. Terrible experience would never recommend. Dr. Chowdhury is always really great. She’s not rough, and is very gentle. She has great bedside manner, and is quite knowledgeable.

This is the third time I see Dr. Julia and she is always very nice and kind. Dr Julia took her time to listen to my concerns. I might see her soon. Thank you!

Love this Dr. She delivered both of my babies. She's caring and will NOT prescribed or recommend unnecessary tests or medications. She cares about her patients not Money like many others who push tests, prescriptions, etc. Lorna R. I'm looking at you!

Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Julia were all very friendly , helpful and kind. Rude staff

It is un professional office. it is waste of time and money.

Please do not waste your time going to see this Dr. I had major health concerns and Dr. Chowdhury discounted every issue I brought up and said everyone else was having the same issue - even went on to blame COVID and our change in lifestyle over the last few months!!?? I could not believe what I was hearing and that she had the audacity to blame COVID for numerous issues I was truly concerned about. This lady doesn't even know me or what I have been through so how could she blame it on the pandemic? She barely gave me a breast exam and didn't even bother to schedule or recommend a mammogram given my age. She was supposed to call in a prescription for me and never did. Her front office receptionist called to give me my lab results which she had NO business doing so given that she's not even a nurse.
