His treatment last me a year and is completely pain free!! Highly recommend!!!

I have now been seeing Dr. P for about 2 years. While there have been a time or two where he was a little less social than usual...he has always been respectful and interested. Not just in my health, but my life and family. He will speak to you with candor, which I appreciate personally. He has listened intently and while he hasn't always taken my recommendations...he is the SME not me. I truly appreciate him and his view of patients as PATIENTS and NOT criminals, which the latter unfortunately has become the norm within the pain management field. His staff is EXCELLENT. Friendly and concerned at every visit. You are going to be hard pressed to find a better and more thorough pain management doctor in SW FL. I can be overly critical at times, and honestly I have ZERO complaints about this practice and its awesome staff. Give him a shot and you won't regret it!

This person is the worst Doctor I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. His bedside manner is horrible. He was rude, condescending and arrogant. He would not treat my back pain because he said it was only a 3 or 4 . But he asked me what meds I wanted. I said I don't know because I am not on anything right now. Well then he said, then you don't need anything and he walked out. I was in shock. I have never been treated like this by anyone let alone a Dr.

Excellent physician, office and staff. Highly recommend! Absolutely love the intimate feel of the office.

Would HIGHLY recommend him. My only regret would be is that I wasn't able to see him as my first doctor. This was a workers comp case and I'm sure I would have been back to much sooner had I seen him first. He ended up giving me a PRP injection. The day after the injection, I was actually able to walk straight instead of limping like I was before. Approximately 2 weeks after the injection I noticed a 75% improvement in my knee. It's still improving little by little each day.

Dr. Preudhomme is the BOMB! I first came to Dr. P a little over 2 years ago. I had severe lower back pain due to an accident that resulted in a painful protruding disk. Dr. P's staff worked swift & hard to obtain my insurance authorization for cortisone shots, which I was obviously in need of. The medicine was administered without any incidents and corrected the pain for almost a year. A year later I aggravated the disk, and Dr. P. Took care of the problem again!

Never gave treatment for my problem. Took blood pressure and filled script for pain medication and made appointments for 30 days!

He helped part of my back pain but refuses to even address the other pain. I think it is the psoas muscle but he blames age.

Dr. Jules Preudhomme has to be the most anti-patient doctor I have ever come across in my life. I can't have my back surgery due to my weight so my surgeon sent me to a pain management specialist to treat my pain while I try to lose weight. I have been nothing but polite and easy and open to any pain solutions he would provide. He didn't even want to see me, let alone help me. He doesn't just have bad bedside manner, he's rude and interrupts constantly. Maybe he doesn't like me, I don't know.

I have been a patient of Dr Preudhomme for over 15 years. He takes his time,listening and teaching. He totally understands pain management. His office is beautiful and the staff efficient. Dr Preudhomme also has procedure rooms, saving me from driving around town.

I have been a patient of Dr Preudhomme for over 15 years. As a retired nurse, I am usually overly critical of Drs. But I truly believe Dr P. saved my life. I was overwhelmed with chronic pain and Dr P. Understood completely. He is very knowledgeable about my pain from Multiple Sclerosis. He is the physician medical personnel go to see.
