Beware of bad attitude and rudeness of the office

Dr.Garbus has been my doctor for over 16 years! He’s staff is wonderful & so is he. I have complicated health issues and he always pin points them. He’s extremely kind and listens. Multiple successful surgeries with him!

Dr. Garbus is a fantastic doctor. He’s kind, patient, empathetic. He explains everything thoroughly. He tries to put you at ease with his levity and sense of humor. One complaint is you are always gonna wait. For some reason there are always multiple people scheduled at the same time as you. And this is now his own practice, so you’re waiting for him! But, he really is worth it.

Plan to wait a ridiculously long time. No consideration for your time. Receptionist watches soap operas instead of being friendly and professional. When I asked why I was waiting over 40 minutes- when no one was in the reception area when I arrived or left- AND each time I passed the Dr. office- he was on his phone ; office manager said there are always emergencies. There were no emergencies - he was on his phone and disrespecting my time. If he had an emergency- then someone on his staff- should have come to my room and informed me- He doesn't deserve to see patients if he has this attitude Times have changed - don't let doctors or any other professional not respect your time

Dr. Garbus is a great doctor who has the best attitude I have ever come across as far as doctors goes. He knows his specialty and I have never left his office disappointed by his treatment or medical advice. His new office is very bright, clean and comfortable. No problem with parking. His staff is very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a great colon/rectal specialist Dr. Garbus is who you should be be seeing.

Dr Garbus is a gem. He is so caring and concerned for his patients best outcome. His manner is so pleasant and always puts you at ease just when you imagine things could be awkward he makes a funny comment?? I had surgery last November and feel 100% better. Thank you Dr Garbus

The best Doctor around! Takes his time with each patient. Makes you feel comfortable no matter what the issue is.

You won't find a better or more compassionate physician. Dr. Garbus and his staff put you immediately at ease. I am always treated with respect and courtesy. Dr. Garbus performed a surgical procedure on me several years ago and I see him yearly for a check-up or as needed. Technically, Dr. Garbus is brilliant, but he is so much more than that. Dr. Garbus truly cares about his patients. He clearly educates you about your condition and explains all care options. Dr. Garbus is the best!

Dr Garbus is a life saver. After going to a Rectal surgeon who told me he had no clue what was wrong & I just had to learn to live this way I went to Dr Garbus for a 2nd opinion. What the other surgeon couldn't figure out Dr Garbus had me diagnosed (granted I had a lot of things wrong with me) in a 10 minute exam. He was dead on with everything (we had to get tests back ) all were right on. I've had the surgery to fix everything & I'm finally getting my life back thanks to Dr Garbus

Dr Garbus did not give me proper care. Did not give wound care instructions resulting in complications. Did not have appointment for me when I needed to come in for follow up when wound became worse. After repeated calls to office finally called back after 2 days. Horrible experience. This dr was already sued for neglect, do your research!!!!

Dr. Garbus is absolutely wonderful. Considering the sensitive nature regarding colorectal issues, you want a doctor who you can trust. Dr. Garbus listens to your concerns patiently, and always leaves you with a smile.

He was able to resolve a problem (abscess) via use of heavy antibioitcs several years ago, which I give any surgeon huge credit for. However, he didn't seem too interested in follow up. Nor did he take the time to call with results of recent MRI reports which were ordered after new symptoms surfaced. We waited for a week. He had a young lady make the call, despite the fact that my wife had called the office manager to express concern about the delay.

Dr Harbus is amazing ! I'm post op 3 weeks I had a hysterectomy in Jan of 2016 as fine passed I developed scar tissue in my bowel area . I was so sick for 8 months than I was advised by my urogyno to see him . He is amazing , he did surgery on me , he released the scar tissue I went home the same day . I feel like a new person , he took great precautions with my surgery I'm So thankful . I recommend him highly , as well as all the specialist associates .

One of the most compassionate, caring, profession providers I have been treated by. Dr GARBUS is someone I highly recommend. I have been working in the medical field for over 30 years and never have I met or been cared by such a wonderful physician
