THE RUDEST STAFF EVER. i CAN NOT SAY MUCH ABOUT DR GUPTA BECAUSE I NEVER MET HER YET THAT DIDN,T STOP HER FROM SENDING ME A BILL FROM MY HOSPITAL STAY. WHEN I QUESTIONED IT THEY SAID THEY WOULD SENT THE BILL TO COLLECTIONS.

WARNING STAY AWAY. I WAS NEVER A PATIENT OF DR GUPTA BUT THAT DID NOT STOP HER FROM SENDING ME A BILL FROM WHEN I WAS I NTHE HOSPITAL. I NEVER SAW HER AND I WOULD HAVE TO REMEMBER HER BECAUSE THE MEDICAL CODE SHE USED REQUIRES A COMPREHENSIVE EXAMINATION AND I REPEAT I NEVER SAW HER. HER OFFICE STAFF IS VERY RUDE. my daughter was hospitalized for over 7 weeks with open heart surgery (aortic valve replacement) five strokes a brain bleed and damage to her kidneys and liver. On her release her medications were sent to the pharmacist which she knew the pain medications had to be scripted. that was Friday here it is Monday and still no word from from her. The receptionist is the most awful rude person I have ever spoke to in my life. all the terrible reviews are 100% on point. This is the most unprofessional staff and doctor I think I have ever dealt with in my life. Stay away stay far far away from this practice. She should be shut down!!!! Very rude and don't give a blank about your medical needs whatsoever!!

My sister passed away in July. She was under the care of dr Gupta. Worked in one of the hospitals with dr Gupta. They sent me a bill and right away started threatening me with a collection agency. I requested an itemized bill as the bill only shows dates and amounts charged. I have the right to see what these charges are for. They refused. Girl got really rude. They told me the doctor didn’t know she had passed. That's funny because I know she most certainly did and I won’t explain how I know that but I didn’t appreciate being lied to along with being harassed. After all the doctor had been checking on her every day in the hospital. She knew and worked with my sister for years. Charges were quite substantial for every day. Still have no idea what the charges are for

HORRIBLE! THIS DOCTOR DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ANYONE ONLY ABOUT MONEY. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE A TEST DUMMY OR GUINEA PIG.

This is one of the worst practices I have been too. Absolutely rude receptionist. If the doctor wants patients to come to her office then she needs to change the edison office receptionist. All they care about is making money and charging your insurance. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT go to this doctor. I would not even give them a one star. Absolute nightmare.

Dr. Gupta has the worst bed-side manners. Was rude and very insensitive to me and my family during a trying time in our family life.

I don't have words to explain how bad of a practice this is!!! waiting always more then 2 hours, you go back for results and they never know why you are back for or results are not in your chart. I've been waiting 2months on an authorization that dr. Gupta had to put in into my insurance. Per my insurance company no request has been entered from this doctor. I called said I am picking up my results, they said okay a $1 per page. when I went to the office no one knew what I was talking about.

The time you wait. The energy of the office. The advisory, staff, ugly of the entire practice, she needs to shut this dump down or get a consultant for the business and life coach for herself. Horrendous

Dr. Gupta's Office staff is extremely unprofessional, with staff like this I am unsure how Dr. Gupta is able to run a business. The least helpful staff I have ever experienced.
