Cannot get in touch with them at all and the mailbox is full. My leg is really effed up and I can’t do anything about it until I get my nerve test done and now it’ll be two days until Monday. Currently panicking. Thanks dr weis office!

My mother has advanced Parkinson’s. Each time I call the office with a question I have to leave a message & they do not get back to me. When she needs care in a timely manner because of recent changes I am told they don’t have any appointments until a month later. We used to see Amanda Van Vliet, his APRN, every time we went & she was very helpful. I understand she is no longer at the practice & I believe this is when the quality of care declined. Sadly, St. Augustine is a small town with 2 neurologists so we don’t have much of a choice but will be seeing the other neurologist here as they answer their phone & can get you an appointment in the next few days.

Dr. Wei is an amazing neurologist and highly recommend. Katrina and Lisa the front office staff are wonderful and have helped me with so much. I have never been to a Dr office that is so professional, efficient, organized and very helpful. Thank you!!

I have been seeing Dr. Wei for I believe 7 + years for Migraines, and have never once had a problem with him or his Staff! I also see his other Dr Amanda too for Botox for Migraines, and they both take the time to talk to me about my concerns, and questions. Katrina at the front desk is Amazing, and gets stuff done whenever I call her with a question. As a new patient, I found Dr. Wei to be compassionate, caring and very professional. His examination was thorough, he took the time necessary to explain the results and treatment recommendations. His office is well run and supporting medical staff also quite professional. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Dr. Wei is super compassionate. EMG’s can be extraordinarily painful, yet his skill level and ability to garner information necessary for diagnosis, are performed without extreme discomfort. I was surprised when the EMG was complete as I barely felt the procedure. I, in addition to several providers I know, highly recommend Dr. Wei, only for his skill level but for his compassionate care and treatment of his patients. I experienced this firsthand. He is the best of the best in St. Augustine.

Had an appt with Dr Wei before I could get comfortable i was taken to the back the nurse forgot her name was absolutely ???? This is the most well-run medical office I’ve been to. The doctors will talk with you and more importantly listen to you as long as you want. The staff is unbelievably helpful. This is not an office where you will wait 45 minutes to be seen or find out your appointment time must have “slipped through the cracks“. They are very professional and know what they’re doing. Parkinson’s can be a scary diagnosis but these doctors are able to remove the fear. I recommend this office without reservation. This is the most well-run medical office I’ve been to. Dr Wei used to be a Doctor Who took the Hippocratic oath very serious. I was a patient of his for many years, I’ve gotten into a car accident and wanted to see him for the headaches. He would not see me unless I signed a letter of protection, which meant that if he wasn’t satisfied in the end with the money he would come after me personally. So he completely stopped thinking about the Hippocratic oath in order to Think about himself more and how much more money he can make. Incompetent office/scheduling staff. Scheduled an appointment for a Wednesday at 11:30am for an in-office appointment with Dr. Wei only for the office staff to call me at 3:00pm the day before and ask if a teleconference would be okay because Dr. Wei doesn’t see people on Wednesday mornings. Why would you schedule patients for an in-office appointment if the doctor doesn’t see patients in office on Wednesday mornings. When I told them we didn’t want a telephone conference appointment, that we needed to be seen in office they told us we would have to see the RN and that she can do everything a doctor can and is the same thing she just doesn’t have an MD by her name. Last I checked MD and RN are totally different degrees. She then offered me a afternoon appointment which we couldn’t take because we already have another appointment scheduled at 2pm. She replied with “well there’s nothing we can do for you”. We were referred to Dr. Wei by Dr. Hund at the eye center. I have made the eye center aware of the issues at this office. After reading the poor reviews for this office, I feel like we kinda dodged a bullet. It seems from the other reviews the Doctor doesn’t like to listen to his patients anyway. Can’t comment about the doctors but the staff won’t answer the phone. I was finally able to get an appointment after several weeks. I left messages and made several more calls.

I highly do NOT recommend Dr. Wei. He dismissed everything I had to say regarding my condition, and accused me of drinking excessively which is a joke since I haven't touched the stuff in decades. I honestly sat there in total shock at his dismissive attitude and utter rudeness. I will never EVER return!

Wish we had read the reviews before deciding to go to this practice. The office staff are very unprofessional, rude, and overall lack humility. I would not recommend this office to anyone. There are far too many other options available to settle for this office.

I'd give zero or negative stars if I could. Most frustrating medical office I've ever dealt with. They don't answer the phone during office hours 90% of the time, do not return phone messages. Only care about getting their $$$$. Numerous times they were supposed to refill my husband prescriptions and when I call the pharmacy, nothing was called in. it takes a minimum of 2-3 calls to get anything done...Oh except if you have a balance, they'll gladly hold your Rx hostage until you pay and then still do nothing about the refill. I could cry. Still trying to get a refill on one of my husband's prescriptions...this is day 2 and no prescription has been called in...So glad we are switching to a new doctor. This place is a JOKE. Dr. Wei gave me a lame "exam"(how many fingers am I holding up?), checked my knee reflexes, then said that I "looked fine"!. He cut me off when I was giving him my symptoms, and suggested maybe I have anxiety and should be put on Trazadone. He ignored my balance/gait issues, swallowing problems, fatigue, etc. If I could give 0 stars I would! The ONLY good thing is that he did order an MRI...to make me feel better. I met Amanda the Nurse practitioner and was very impressed. She is a excellent NP and gave me the best remedy for my migraines. You are in good hands with this group.

Katrina at the front desk does a super duper job at organizing and making the clients feel welcome and at ease. Amanda van Vliet, ARNP is extremely thorough and speaks to you in a comfortable casual way rather than a clinical technical ridged manner. She gets the information across to you in a manner that is easily understood.

I suffered an unusual stroke precipitated by a chiropractic neck adjustment. I was referred to Dr.Wei. Dr. Wei is one of the most impressive, intelligent, cutting-edge thinkers I have ever met. He has taken much time with me to figure out my unique Case, the cause, the effects, the remedy, and the prevention plan from it happening again. He really cares and makes me feel like I'm his only patient. I’ve been to multiple doctors trying to find out my problem! Finally my primary said go see Dr. Wei. He was able to tell me what was the wrong in the first visit. He is truly a blessing to me and my family. I no longer have to live in fear of not knowing what was wrong with me. His staff made me feel like I was the only Patient they had. I have been going to this office for a little over a year and I wish that I hadn't stayed as long as I have. I have no qualms with the doctors themselves. My problem is with the office staff that refuse to answer the phone when it rings and have an attitude every visit. I have, literally, had to send a fax to receive a return phone call to reschedule my appointment. I had attempted to call the office for over a week and no one would answer the phone and the voicemail was full. My father in law had a follow up appt today. Went well. The dr asked if we needed help out to the car. Yes we do. And Dr. Wei pushed the wheelchair out to the car himself and put my father in law in the car. Very impressed.

Brought mother here diagnosed Alzheimer’s. Very thorough from scheduling to cognitive test to nurse practitioner (s). Dr was kind compassionate and met with family. I had multiple phone conversations as drug prescribed caused severe reactions. They returned calls and prescribed new drug. They followed through on all levels. I would without hesitation recommend. Spent considerable amount of time with us.

Took my mother to Dr Wei, she has Alzhiemer, he put her on Parkinson meds,said he wanted some tests and referral so and we never heard back,. Called left messages , no return calls.

I recently have been going to Dr. Wei and he is great but his staff has been very rude recently in the matter in which they speak on the phone, was not happy.

Dr. Wei and his nurse practitioner Amanda are they best in town! They take there time and are very knowledgeable! You won't find that anywhere else! Also his staff is amazing. I highly recommend him.

Both Dr. Wei and his assistant are very knowledgeable; I am being treated for migraines and they have done more to help me with them than anyone else. They spend a lot more time listening, understanding and explaining than I typically find anywhere else. There is also not a long wait time when I go for an appt, which I apprecitate.
